This space is just as described and looks just like the photos. I wasn’t expecting it to be attached to their home; I’m sure it was stated in the description, but we missed it. However, I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The space is very private. Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off to this location. It’s about a 13 minute drive from Broadway.

First time to use Airbnb-wanted safe area for 4 women-decided on Amy’s and we we very pleased-very clean loved the enclosed garage and saw people jogging walking their dogs we felt very safe there. Not fond of carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs but seems most places in Nashville are townhomes that have these. Would recommend this property. Amy was very informative and responsive.

We had a great stay. Everything was as expected.

Unfortunately, we had to book last minute due to an unexpected death in the family. I must say, this is a beautiful and secluded location. If you're seeking solitude and a quite peaceful nights rest, this is the spot. I only regret that we did not have time to use the provided fishing poles in the garage and see what kind of monsters are in that fishing pond. We will be back!

What a quaint, quirky cottage! Every time we turned around, we found some new treasure. The house is located right on the Main Street in Leiper’s Fork, which made walking to all the shops and restaurants easy, but it also was a bit noisier than we expected when sitting outside in front. The backyard was our go to place to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The kitchen was small, but packed with everything we needed. The owners were great - letting me drop our stuff off early and put food in the fridge before running to the airport. If you like antiques and old houses in a charming location, you will appreciate this home!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Had things we needed to have a relaxing and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Cool “Loft style” stay in the heart of the action! As shown and described. Easy in and out. Parking is a bit pricey, but appears to be the trend across the Broadway area of Nashville now. Might be worth it to park outside the area and ride share over to start the stay. Everything you want to do is easily walkable. Printers Alley is directly behind the building and Broadway is blocks away. Starbucks is next door for morning coffee with plenty of dining options close by.

We've stayed in a lot of houses and this one was our favorite. We had four couples and everyone loved that they had their own bathroom. There was ample space to gather as a group (e.g., on the rooftop patio, around the huge kitchen island, the kitchen table, and three large sofa sitting rooms). The house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and super clean. The beds were so comfortable and their were plenty of linens. Mostly, you could really tell from all the little touches that they really wanted us to be comfortable in their home. We hope to come back sooner than later.

Myself and my wife really enjoyed the unit. It was stunning as was the recreation room and pool area. It was very easy to walk to all the music in Nashville. The owner made us feel very welcome with her proactive check-in directions and communication. Thanks for the great stay in Nashville!
