My place is close to great views and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the views and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids) sand beach is only 2 minutes from the house, perfect for family with small children, house is full equipped, you will feel like your home, i have a private parking where you park your car, and then i arrange a man with the small truck to take your things to the house, its the best you do big shoping in Trogir before🤗

"STEP 2 SEA",as the title says, is beautiful residence for 8 people, situated directly on the beach, in Kaštel Štafilić. It is 500 m2 estate,20 min by car from the Split and 4 km from the Trogir city. Property has three separated antique decorated apartments: 1.&2. on the groundfloor,3. on the first floor,30m2 HEATED pool,outdoor dining area, barbecue, large terrace that leads you up the stairs to the beach. Apartments are rented to the same guests who know each other. WELCOME TO "STEP 2 SEA"!

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
