This delightful Spanish-style house is located in Historic Kenwood, a desirable neighborhood close to downtown St. Pete and the trendy Grand Central district. It's a spacious two bedroom , one bath house with an office attached to the master bedroom. Tastefully decorated with vintage magazine posters and comfortable furniture, all the amenities you need are here: laundry, bikes, patio, grill and plentiful street parking.
