Excellent hosts who were proactive in making sure we (4 of us)had everything we needed during our 5 day stay to visit son's family ! Tony brought a welcome tray with variety of snacks & drinks, besides those in the refrig...so very thoughtful & grandaughters enjoyed many of the treats. Located in a very quiet, nice neighborhood within short walking distance to beach, park area and coffee shops. Daughter & 2 granddaughters stayed in bedroom with queen & bunk beds & I stayed in Master. All very comfortable! To note too: Nice remodel, lg bathroom shower with super water pressure- was nice after long day out & about. Everything we needed, super hosts & would highly recommend this location!

We spent 13 nights at Angela’s while visiting our daughter in PB. The apartment is very comfortable with a cute beach theme. Bed was comfortable and shower great. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Angela had excellent communication and rules and apartment use guidelines were very clear. The location was fantastic for walking to the ocean, great coffee, bakery and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Angela’s apartment and hope to stay again!

My daughter and I had a great time! Your place is in an awesome location, esp being so close to beach/ocean! Loved that! Dan was very flexible/nice about Check in time and Check out time, which was very helpful!! The bed was soft/comfy. The only negative thing I could say was the “walking around noise” at times, being on lower level of an occupied upper level, especially noticeable in the early morning! We did have a noise machine that we brought, so that helped! (I did read about the foot traffic, once or twice, in other reviews, but overall, definitely still a very recommendable place!).

The location was great. The place was simple but really nice. We loved our stay here and would definitely be back.

Great place to stay. Stayed here as part of a week of visiting the San Diego Area with my 9 year old, and we had a great time. Great location to walk around and also as a base to go out to the Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World, etc.. and close to many amenities, restaurants, etc... The house itself is perfect for two/three people, in great shape, with easy access for the region. Also a three minute walk to ocean beach, which is great. Communication with Dan and Becky was also excelent and quite easy - with very quick replies to questions. Overall great stay.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for the weekend and we had such an amazing. All 6 of us were able to comfortably sleep at night. You’re also just around the corner of restaurants and the beach!!!

Very much enjoyed our stay! Perfectly sized for two. The patio in the back was a nice touch, and the space was well equipped. Very walkable to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Dedicated parking is also super convenient if you need it (we didn't, but if we had, we would have been super glad for it). Expect some sounds from neighbors since the lots are close together; example was someone nearby using a chainsaw somewhat early in the morning (but that can happen anywhere). Was very quiet at night. Overall great, fantastic for the price. Would stay again!

We had to find a place to stay with our 2 little dogs last min, we found this Airbnb and had the best experience! Erik was so friendly and gave us plenty of local recommendations and wanted to make sure we had a great time and were happy and comfortable! Everything was clean and well taken care of, our bed was super comfortable and our doggies felt right at home! We will definitely be staying here again in the future! Thank you Erik for everything!

This place is amazing!! The best views, the best walking, and the spaces in the house are perfect for a group. We made dinner in and watched the sunset every night. We also brought our 6 month old son and it was a great location to be “nap trapped.”

We had a wonderful stay at Matt’s place. Spacious, clean, outstanding location and communication was flawless. The toys and play area were a hit with our kids and made our stay even more memorable. We look forward to staying there again and highly recommended this place.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was excellent—so close to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants in both mission beach and pacific beach. We had 6 adults staying and didn’t feel cramped. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio. We had no problem parking a Honda civic and Kia sportage side by side. The host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Love the beach area. Close to the restraunts and shops but far enough away from the busy part of the boardwalk. Loved the beach and how easy you could also get to the bay. Great bed and bathroom space. Inside living room area is a little small, but you have great outdoor space. The kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfy! They don’t miss a thing. Mollys down the street has the best pastries and coffee and happy hour. Great amenities and enough towels for everyone. We arrived early and Stored our luggage at Rays. It is 30 seconds away and cheap. It is close to mission Blvd, but we never felt it was too loud. Karen was great and we would stay here again. Very well decorated.

One block walk to Ocean Beach. A variety of casual restaurants/eateries/coffee shops within walking distance. The neighborhood was overall clean and felt safe. We were able to find parking on the street within 1-2 blocks. Good communication with host. Would stay again.

Nice place! It's just a quick walk across the street to the beach. I appreciated the chairs and beach toys that were available to borrow. The rooftop deck is a great place to watch the sunset.

This was a great location, we loved being right on the beach and the walking path. The apartment was easy to access and had everything we needed, including walkable restaurants and parking. Tina was responsive, and helped us to find everything we needed.

Great stay at Glenna's place on Mission Bay. It's a spacious apartment, incredibly well equipped. With kids there was everything. The Garage is perfect to not stress about parking. Walk right out onto the bay, walk two blocks and be on the oceanside. Good food and coffee locations, playground across the street. Strongly recommend.

We had an amazing stay. Chris was very responsive. The view is incredible. Hearing the waves is soothing. The place is kids friendly with toys and books that are very fun. The area has lots of food choices. It takes just a few mins to be right on the beach. He has a wagon and beach toys. This was a very hassle free, enjoyable stay with our three little kids. No one wanted to leave.

We loved Imperial Beach. We toured the entire area and this was by far the best. The accommodations were wonderful and we would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Francisco’s Airbnb! Check in instructions were clear, location was great, and everything went smoothly!

Probably the best Airbnb my wife and I have ever stayed in. Amazing location with a spectacular view. Easy check in and when you walk through the door you are met with an incredible home with peaceful music and super clean living space. Only con was the elevator situation (only one working and takes a min to get to you) but meh no big deal. We never wanted to leave the Airbnb that’s how awesome it was. Great location as well and right next to the beach. Thanks for one awesome trip and home.
