This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Relax in our quiet townhouse retreat. *note: the bathroom is on the second floor. Downstairs is a living area with sofa bed and a queen-sized bed. It’s perfect for two guests but also great for children or three adults. Our converted garage uses space heaters in each area. Check the upstairs ledge for the heater/AC remote to control the window unit. Our kitchenette has only microwave available. NO OUTSIDE APPLIANCES ALLOWED. Upstairs is a large bathroom and listening area with turntable.
