The house is less than 500m from the beach, ensuring a leisurely stroll to the sun and sand.

Full kitchen with all utensils. Fully furnished and equipped, 2 Air Con units, one in bedroom and one in living area. Swimming Pool and BBQ, large outdoor area for guests use. The pool and out door area is shared with myself and partner. I have a small dog, Pepper the Poodle. Registered with local WA STRA requirements.
