Only a 2 minute walk to the High Street or Meadowbank, a park with a playground & good for walking the dog. A fully equipped kitchen, dining space inside or outside. Alternately relax in the Bars, Cafes and Restaurants that Dorking offers. The Cottage has a secure courtyard garden and lockup for Cycles and Pushchairs. Cycle and Hiking routes all close by. Dogs are welcome.

It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

A charming six bedroom country house set in 9 acres of gardens, fields and woodland in the beautiful county of Sussex. The property has a tennis court, indoor heated swimming pool and snooker room. The property has three double bedrooms, a twin bedded room and two further bedrooms which can be configured as twin or double as required. Perfectly presented picture postcard cottage, on the edge of the Ashdown Forest, the inspiration for the Winnie-The-Pooh books and 3 minutes drive to the historic village of Hartfield for the village store, Pooh Corner tea rooms, pubs and farm shop. This is a great location to explore the Kent & Sussex countryside. The spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive and only 45 minutes to the South Coast. We are family friendly.
