The flat is right in the middle of the City within walking distance to all (i.e. restaurants, bars, bakery and shopping). Both brand new mattresses are dressed in new super soft sheets and have extra pillows for comfort. The bathroom is stocked with new Egyptian cotton wash and towel sets. The kitchen has the essentials to make meals on the premises during your stay.

The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

A 40-acre farm property in our family for over 30 years, newly renovated. Just minutes from downtown Little Falls. The house is very close to the NYS "C4D" snowmobile trail, making it the perfect stop! Located quietly above the city, this modest home is about a half-mile from the shops and restaurants of downtown Little Falls and Canal Place. It sits in a peaceful neighborhood that locals once called Huddletown. My father built this house in the 1960s. He gave it a simple, open design that’s served our family well for decades. It sits on a half-acre lot, with plenty of room in the front and back yards.
