We loved Stephen’s place. It has all we needed. Very cosy place and makes us feel like we were at hotel. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for stay in Liverpool.

The place was as described and as in the photos. Spacious for an English flat! The kitchen seemed well stocked although we barely tried it out. Parking could take a few minutes but we always found something within about 100 meters, sometimes much closer. The most important benefit for us was the little village that the flat was in. Several, restaurants, cafes, bars and coffee shops were within a few dozen meters. There were also a couple of small stores for groceries and other supplies. So, overall, no complaints and lots of compliments.

Laura is an wonderful host! She gave us clear instructions about the apartment, about the parking lot and she responded to all questions that we had. At Laura's place you can feel like you are at home.

I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The host’s were superb with their communication and it was a pleasure to stay here. It was exactly as described and very clean. We know the area and were returning for a family weekend - everything perfect. Apartment kitted out with everything (and more) that we needed. Perfect location for our family weekend but would be perfect base to stay to explore the area locally or to Liverpool, Chester and North Wales

Very spacious and modern home, very good attention to detail and interior decoration and design was very nice with great amenities. Really enjoyed our stay for 2 couples which was made much more homely with 2 bathrooms and comfortable spaces and bedding. Location was perfect for ferry/cruises and only a short walk to the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you again!

Gary was very good with communication. We had a problem with the microwave whilst we were there and it was sorted out within the hour. The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was a short walk to the bus. plenty of parking at the weekend too. Thank you Gary, I would highly recommend 👌

Took my other half to Liverpool for his birthday and this apartment was a brilliant find for us to stay in. Great location where you could walk to the centre or the docks. Rachel was a fab host who gave very clear info and instructions for check in and check out. The apartment was spotless, everything clean and tidy. Brilliant host and brilliant place, would definitely recommend.

We were a family of four. Two kids and two adults. We utilised both the bedrooms and pullout bed. We cooked most of the meals, kitchen was very functional. The location and space are great, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Deze B&b ligt direct tegen het centrum van Liverpool aan. Alles is beloopbaar. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip! Pluspunt is ook de gratis parkeerplaats voor een auto, zeker zo dicht bij het centrum. De B&b zelf is een modern appartement voorzien van alles wat je wenst. Kortom een aanrader. John heeft erg duidelijke instructies om zelfstandig in- en uit te checken, verliep daarom probleemloos. John reageerde ook steeds erg snel en vriendelijk.

Great host! Thank you Andy for all your help during and especially after our stay! Forgot my keys, and Andy responded immediately, personally went and found them and posted them the next day. Communication was impeccable! Also the apartment was perfect, exactly as described, clean, comfortable beds, great shower, and everything needed for the stay. Nice touch too having tasty biscuits, milk, tea and coffee for arrival. Albert quay and the city were a leisurely 15-20 stroll, (or cheap Uber ride away). Check in and check out were simple and convenient. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Ten out of ten!

Brilliant host

Perfect place to relax on our quick Liverpool trip. Great for the dog with the prom and the Mersey beach so close by. Really comfy and quiet. Just what we needed.

The flat was spacious, with two good size double bedrooms with views towards the River Mersey. The location is perfect for events at ACC Liverpool / Exhibition Centre Liverpool and very conveniently located for Royal Albert Dock and the city centre. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and there were good quality towels and dressing gowns available for use. The lounge area was also comfortable and the whole apartment was quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition. The kitchen was well-equipped. The Bluetooth entry system for the block worked fine, although this did involve installing an app before arrival.

Perfect place for a gathering of friends. Great to have the hot tub. Excellent communication with host. Spotlessly clean with comfy beds and a lounge big enough for everyone to sit around. Will definitely return.
