We stayed at Mara's while a family member was being evaluated at an area hospital. The location was just a short drive from the hospital and it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay in close proximity to the hospital. After the snow storm, Mara contacted me to let me know someone would be by to shovel the front steps and they were. Thank you!

This is a terrific home in a terrific location. Quiet, peaceful, close to shopping. Allie is wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. It was perfect for our needs. Truly a home away from home.

Wow! Our group of 6 adults, 2 small children, and 3 dogs had the BEST time. The house is right near the cute downtown area and about a mile from the Argo Mine. We spent time shopping and eating downtown, went on the mine tour, and drove up to Echo Lake for a hike. All awesome! The kitchen had so many great appliances and dishware which was amazing because we cooked a big dinner one of the nights and we grilled out on the back deck. Also well stocked with kid friendly dishes. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the upstairs area we fit two pack n plays and 2 adults sleeping up there. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend for a family friendly weekend!

The perfect place for a quick weekend getaway into the mountains! Super spacious, very private and had everything we needed. Can’t wait to book again in the summer!

Justin’s place was the perfect stay for our large group of guys for a bachelor party. He was on top of every little detail, responded immediately to any question we had, and even let us have a Hibachi chef come by to cook one night. The location is perfect and walkable to all kinds of great things - and all the best parts of Denver are 5-10 minutes away.

Our stay at 110 South Sawmill in Craig and Jeff’s home was amazing! Their perfect directions took us right to their beautiful, cozy and very clean home. The views from every room are stunning. You will enjoy all of the space the home has to offer especially the well equipped kitchen with lots of extras(we love to cook), the kitchen nook(great conversation area), TV room and of course the hot tub that also had its own special spot! We wanted special family time, R & R(very comfy beds) and our getaway was exactly what we got in this lovely home and location, close to Evergreen for yummy dining but also eating in! Thank you to Craig and Jeff for their quick response times to answer questions, restaurant recommendations and a perfect home that had everything we needed and more! Lisa & Todd Sloan

We had a wonderful stay! Unfortunately it was only for one night which was the only downside of our experience. Every little detail had been thought of and taken care of. The space is well maintained, very clean and no shortage of quality. We rent air bnb’s quite often and this house is way up there. Will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

Julie's place was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had lots of space to spread out. It was walking distance from many restaurants and breweries. Julie herself was very responsive and helpful. we will definitely stay here next time we're in Denver!

You will not be disappointed with this RB&B. With all accommodations, cleanliness, and the location of open space along the mountain range, and only miles away from the highway made it easy access to the mountains, or the Denver area. There is a park you can walk to with trails along the front range that go for miles. This location offers incredible views of the mountains that go on forever. Moreover, the host had excellent communication from start to finish that made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. This RB&B was a fantastic experience frim start to finish.

I was visiting the University of Denver which is at a 15 minutes walk. Perfect location, excellent standing.

This was the perfect spot for a cozy, quiet getaway. The apartment was spotless and so comfortable. We would happily stay here again and again!

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

Great location! Needed a place to stay for a dental procedure and this was 3 minutes away. Some neat places to eat just North.

This was a perfect place for my family to stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. The listing describes the place well. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient for our stay in Boulder.

A stay at John’s gorgeous place is all about easy & delightful connections - to a terrific house and host, to the most amazing “Central Park”, and to all that Denver and its mountains have to offer. Its location on Washington Park (with two lakes, walking & biking paths, tennis courts, volleyball nets, a rec center for $6/day with work out facilities, pool and group classes) can’t be beat. It is also walkable to amazing (independently owned) breakfast shops, restaurants, and boutiques (check out Bon Ami for dinner). It’s a 15-minute drive to downtown Denver, 30-minutes to Lookout Mountain or RedRock Amphitheater, and an hour to Boulder. The house itself is stunning with amazing art, a large bedroom and huge bathroom with sauna. We also sat outside on his stunning patio after heating up our leftovers saved in his fridge. Don’t be afraid of sharing the house with John. He gives you the utmost in privacy. Come and go as you please. But he’s also delightful to get to know! A great stay!

This home was incredible. Five stars it's not enough. The views were spectacular. The amenities were unmatched. We could have never left the mountain and have the perfect vacation. The host went above and beyond to meet our needs and ensure we had everything we wanted for our trip. Everything that could possibly be needed was no more than a short trip away. Denver and Red Rocks were short trips from this home, but far enough to feel away from city life. I loved the view from the hot tub and the espresso maker was a lovely treat. I would stay here again and again. 11/10
