The bay is 1/2 block away and there is a nice park with a pavilion. Fishing is allowed on the point. Anthony's, Sunset Pier, Sole and Hank Sauce restaurants are within walking distance. The jitney stops at the corner and will take you downtown and back till 4 AM. The house is also close to Avalon. & Stone Harbor
