We had an incredible stay! The view was absolutely stunning, and the entire place was spotless and well-maintained. It looked exactly as shown in the photos, which was a huge plus. Alexis was a fantastic host-polite, professional, and very accommodating. We felt truly welcomed and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone considering it!

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία και όμορφη θέα! Δύσκολος δρόμος αλλά ακριβής στις οδηγίες ο Αλέξης οπότε το βρήκαμε εύκολα. Οι οικοδεσπότες Φιλική συνεπής και διαθέσιμοι για οποιαδήποτε διευκρίνιση και πληροφορίες.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν απλά υπέροχο! Πολύ καθαρό και εξοπλισμένο με οτιδήποτε μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Η τοποθεσία ήσυχη και η θέα πανέμορφη. Η κυρία Ελένη πολύ εξυπηρετική και φιλική. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και ελπίζουμε να το ξανά επισκεφτούμε πολύ σύντομα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Great house with everything wjat you need. The host was helpful in recommending us good places to enjoy the day by the sea close by the house and addresses for supermarkets. The pool was great for our kids after the daily activities. Great things to do in the area: enjoy the beach (we liked the day at beach club Caposaldo, really close to the house), train excursion to Kalavytra, lake Tsivlou.

Πολύ όμορφη βίλα,ωραία διακοσμημενη! Η θέα εκπληκτική, ό,τι πρέπει για να προσφέρει χαλάρωση καθώς ακούς τον ηχο της θάλασσας δίπλα σου..πολύ δροσερό σαλόνι, καθώς ερχόταν η αύρα της θάλασσας Μόνο δύο επισημάνσεις.ο χωρος της πισίνας θέλει αναβάθμιση.. έδειχνε κάπως παραμελημένος με παλιές καρέκλες και δεν είχε πρόσφατα καθαριστεί.. Δεύτερον.. είναι απαραίτητος ο φωτισμός του δρόμου που οδηγεί στις βίλες,καθώς το βράδυ είναι πολύ δύσκολο να βρει κάποιος την παράκαμψη γιατί δεν υπάρχει σήμανση.. φτάνοντας το αυτοκίνητο στη βίλα που μειναμε(η τελευταία στη σειρα) λίγο έλειψε να συνεχίσουμε προς τα κάτω που ήταν τα σκαλιά καθώς δεν φαινόταν καθαρά που ξεκινάνε.. Αυτό πρέπει να το μεριμνήσει ο ιδιοκτήτης βάζοντας κάποια διακριτικά που θα βοηθούν όποιον έρχεται πρώτη φορά. Γενικά περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα! Λίγο μεγαλύτερη προσοχή σε λεπτομέρειες καθαριότητας.

We stayed a week at the house and it was wonderful. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Anna & Alekos, who live nearby and were on hand throughout our time if needed. The pool is honestly one of the best - large, deep and warm. The outside areas offer privacy and space. The house is charming, with lots of lovely touches. It’s clearly a place that was/is loved by Danae (the owner) and her family, and it makes you feel at home straight away. Danae was excellent in her communication. We visited Delphi and walked into Galaxidi for dinner a couple of nights, but other than that it was hard to leave the house! We needed some help with an unexpected medical issue when we were there and Anna was a superstar. Lovely people, lovely house, lovely tranquil location and walkable into Galaxidi - highly recommended.

That was our best vacation. The villa is impressive, very spacious, and extraordinary. The venue is located in a quiet area but fairly close to the amenities. The nearest bar is on the beach 350 m away, the cantine is in nearby camping. Following restaurants are on Akrata's promenade which is about 1.5 km away if taking a walking route via a dry river bed in the summer period. However, to reach bigger shops a car is a must. Beach is just 350m from the villa, with a walk around lemon trees. The host is very helpful, replies instantly, and is reachable via phone. The venue is cleaned twice a week, including a laundry exchange and pool cleaning. The venue was for our sole use. The private pool was just 10 m long but was accessible 24h, and we use it extensively. Two bedrooms were in the second smaller house. However, the building's quality was similar to the main villa and was equipped with an additional bathroom and a small kitchen. In general, the pictures hardly reflect the villa's value. We were positively surprised by its quality, many useful facilities, kitchen equipment, comfortable couches by the pool, etc.

Τέλειος χώρος και πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ότι καλύτερο για κάποιον που θέλει να μείνει στην Λιβαδειά. Όλα είναι πολύ κοντά, βάλαμε το αυτοκίνητο στο πάρκινγκ που παρέχει το κατάλυμα και κινηθήκαμε παντού με τα πόδια. Ο Κύριος Χρήστος εξαιρετικός άνθρωπος και οικοδεσπότης, μας υποδέχθηκε με τον καλύτερο τρόπο, μας βοήθησε σε όλα όσα χρειάστηκαν. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα για όποιον θέλει να μείνει σε ένα εξαιρετικό και φιλόξενο χωρο. Στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στην Λιβαδειά είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή.

I enjoyed my stay, the house is very spacious and with complete amenities as described. Kostas was very responsive and helpful to meet what was needed. Would definitely recommend! Can't wait to visit again!

Ένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένος χώρος, ιδανικός για μια οικογένεια, φιλόξενος και πεντακάθαρος δείχνει τον άψογο επαγγελματισμό , προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα για χειμερινή αλλά και καλοκαιρινή απόδραση . Σας ευχαριστούμε!!

big and cozy apartment beautiful and charming village

Το σπίτι είναι πάρα πολύ ωραίο, 5 λεπτά από την παραλία και επίσης 5 λεπτά από το λιμάνι με τα πόδια.Η host ήταν πολύ ευγενική.

Καταπληκτικός χώρος άνετος καθαρός και απίστευτη φιλοξενία!!!

Aunque hemos estado muy poco tiempo hemos disfrutado de la casa, no tanto como nos hubiera gustado. Y han sido todo facilidades por parte de Fianna. Si alguna vez vob volvemos a Galaxidi, sabemos a donde ir. Muchas gracias por todo.

Our stay at Athena's house in Galaxidi was nothing short of idyllic. Nestled in a beautiful, historic house, the accommodation offered the perfect blend of comfort and charm. The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean, and well-appointed, providing a serene space to unwind after a day of exploring. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Just a stone's throw from the sea, we enjoyed stunning views and easy access to the beach. The town itself is a delightful mix of traditional architecture, quaint shops, and delicious restaurants. The friendly locals added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We especially loved strolling along the waterfront, sampling fresh seafood at local tavernas, and soaking up the laid-back vibe of Galaxidi. It's the ideal destination for those seeking a peaceful escape and a taste of authentic Greek hospitality.

The villa was beautiful and the hospitality was fantastic! Everything was according the description. We were very happy to chose villa Emargina! We will definitely visit again!

Το χωριό Τράπεζα με την υπέροχη θέα του και οι φιλόξενη οικογένεια Σπυροπούλου θα μείνουν για πάντα μια πολύ ωραία ανάμνηση για εμένα και την οικογένεια μου! Ηταν όλοι τους πολύ ευγενικοί, επικοινωνιακοί και διακριτικοί! Το δωμάτιο ήταν ιδιαίτερο , ξεχωριστό, παρά πολύ καθαρό , μέσα στην φύση και πολύ κοντά σε καφέ και μαγαζιά για φαγητό. .

We had the honor of meeting special, extraordinary people. 10-star hospitality. Deborah and Andreas are wonderful hosts. Warm, generous, welcoming, helpful, advising, thoughtful people. We felt welcome. A feeling of home and family. Deborah generously spoiled us with her delicious food. The house itself is beautiful and very comfortable. Sparkling clean, spacious, the finest linens, beautiful dishes, comfortable furniture. The house is equipped with everything you need. The yard is large, peaceful, enclosed and safe for children. There is grass and fruit trees in the yard. The surroundings are quiet, beautiful and calm. A wonderful base to rest and explore the surroundings. Beautiful trips to the beach, the nearby mountains, and also to more distant areas. We stayed there for 25 days and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. We stayed at Angie’s home at the end of March. Weather was great and we had lots to do in the area. We had plenty of room in the home to spread out and settle in. We are a family of 4 from the US on our first trip to Greece so we needed a little extra help with some basic operating instructions for appliances and heaters. Angie was very fast to get back to us with clear instructions. Not 5 minutes after we arrived we locked the keys in the house. She had someone there to save us in less than 10 minutes! We did have a little trouble finding the home as it is set off the road down a private driveway. Her instructions were very clear once we figured out how to update our phones. The home was very spacious and the kids had plenty of room in the yard to visit with some rabbits and chickens, we could walk to several Caffès and restaurants. We loved that she had extra blankets and pillows, also one of the only rentals that had a dryer and that was very important to us!

Property was ideal for our visit to the area. Clean tidy and owner was very helpful for the visit. Hope to be able to use again on our next trip

The location is absolutely amazing, the sea is just across a small street. The apartment is nice, modern, and clean. The host was very responsive with communication and even sent over somebody to show us where the washer was (under the kitchen counter from the living room side). Very comfortable stay, would highly recommend.

Very modern , spacious, renovated house floor with modern inside and parking outside . Good location within nature surroundings.
