The space is a beautifully remodeled and modernized 2,200+ square foot basement apartment with noise reduction materials throughout. **This is the basement of the house. I live upstairs and will most likely be home. You have the hot tub to yourself and welcome to the grill and firepit (weather/conditions permitting).

We do live upstairs and you may hear some walking, but we keep our kids as quiet as possible. We do not allow smoking or parties on the property.

This is a cozy garden-level apartment in our historic 1929 home right near downtown Salt Lake City. As a legal duplex, this lower unit is completely private with its own separate entrance, and features a fully functional kitchen and a full bath. Located in SLC's Capitol Hill Historic District, our home is a launch pad for the airport, Great Salt Lake, Wasatch Mountains, downtown (Temple Square) and ski resorts. We know Utah really well and love sharing tips — from skiing to national parks.

Our home is a 1950's, single level farm house in a country setting. We are located close to restaurants and shopping. Bikers/walkers/runners use the road we live on quite frequently. The apartment is on the east side of our home, we live in the west end and is separated by a double door. It has a private entrance. Trains and military planes are nearby and can be loud at times. We are following and using CDC approved protocol and cleaning solutions. There are outside cameras for your safety.
