Hello, and welcome to the lodge, country living. We are a hunting lodge located in Southeastern South Dakota. 10 minutes from Vermillion, 10 minutes to I-29. You are booking our guest house! A space for you and your family to relax, unwind and enjoy the quiet countryside. You will love the outdoor spaces. Lounge in a hammock, meditate or write, explore the 80-acre property, or relax on the back deck by the outdoor fire pit. Enjoy a breath-taking view of the stars from the outdoor hot tub. Come in after enjoying nature and relax with a glass of wine in an elegant, modern tiny house. A perfect, peaceful get-away.

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Park Place:Long Private Driveway/Comfortable Beds!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Perfect for 1-5 guests! Great for work crews- 10’ counter in lower level works great as a work bench, workshop, or TV viewing. Families love the new splash pad right across the street in the summertime. Great location if you like to go on walks. Many guests comment on this! We call it Park Place because we own three homes on this block- and this one sits right across from the park!

Spacious 3 bedroom home away from home

Spacious Ranch style home with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and 2 3/4 quarter bathrooms. The main floor consists of the master bedroom with a king size bed, attached 3/4 bath and a mounted television. There's a full bathroom and 2 other bedrooms with queen beds, a well equipped eat in kitchen with main floor laundry as well. The newly renovated basement has a mounted television, extra entertaining area and 3/4 bath.

The Nest

This is a lovely 2 bedroom one bath main floor unit. We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and the Tyson Event Center and less than 15 minutes from Landman Golf Club. Most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. NOTE: I have medical documentation that exempts me from accepting reservations involving animals.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located walking distance from downtown, this home has beautiful bluff views. Cuddle up on our reclining couches while enjoying our free WIFI. We have 2 queen beds and one twin bed. We also have a queen air mattress available for use. Contactless entry.

Kate's Cottage on the Peterson Farm

A lovingly restored, 1930's cottage on the historic Peterson Farm on a county highway near Beresford, SD. Our farm will be 135 years old in 2026! Peace and quiet in a beautiful rural setting. A light, homemade breakfast delivered to your door and an invitation to join us if we're making wood-fired pizza. Just relax!
