The house is situated in the Old City of Nicosia (Greek side), inside the Venetian walls, within walking distance of Famagusta Gate. It is an example of traditional city architecture of the late 19th – early 20th century, restored to perfection under the supervision of the Nicosia Municipality. Although conveniently located just off the B7, it is quiet and secluded. With a private entrance, the one large room (26 sq m, NO KITCHEN) contains a king-sized bed, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed) and plenty of drawer space. The large, luxurious, en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, as well as a separate walk-in shower.
