Welcome to The Barn - a stunning conversion of our historic dairy barn. Featuring vaulted ceilings and built from Exmoor stone, it has plenty of character, whilst still having all the amenities required for your time away. Tucked away in the centre of the village of Timberscombe, The Barn is an ideal location to explore Exmoor National Park. We are happy to accept one well trained, medium sized (e.g. labrador) dog, but please keep them off the furniture and do not leave them unattended.

A few steps take you to the Rest and be Thankful coaching inn, loved by locals and visitors, it is renowned for its Sunday carvery. There is also a petrol station with a supermarket in the village, stocking fresh fruit, vegetables and meat from local farms, it also has an in-house bakery for your fresh baked needs.

A 2 bedroom cottage with patio garden and ample walking for your dogs, a post office and shop and a pub serving great food. Dunster 3 miles away with a dog friendly beach and Minehead 5 miles away where the south west coastal path starts featuring the salt path. Ideally situated to explore Exmoor, Dunkery Beacon, Porlock, Lynmouth, Tarr steps, Landacre and Lorna Doone Valley.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Nestled on the edge of our family small holding on Exmoor with a herd of Red Devon cows, horses, chickens, sheep and dogs. Vegetables home grown and available through summer months, pick your own raspberries June/ July. With have breathtaking views, dark skies, endless walks and bike tracks right on the doorstep. It’s the perfect base for couples seeking a truly restorative escape, and we have hens, ducks, and three pygmy goats all trotting about the farm.

The Boathouse - Lee Bay, Devon

Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all. There are up to three private parking spaces on the premises, and one or two well behaved dogs are welcomed.

Syms Cottage is a characterful 1831 cottage sleeping 4 across two double bedrooms, with one bathroom. Full of charm throughout, the front door opens into a small entrance porch handy for boots and coats. The cottage-style kitchen has a small dining table for four, with a rear pantry housing the fridge, toaster and microwave.
