Our stay at Tanei’s home in New Orleans was amazing! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had super comfortable beds. My family and I felt completely safe and loved how quiet and beautiful the neighborhood was. We came for a weekend getaway, and it was perfect. The saltwater pool was a huge hit for my family. I also enjoyed morning walks to the lake and taking in the beautiful views. We didn’t use the fireplace, but the home itself was magnificent. Getting around was easy with Uber; wait times were short, and we were only about 15 minutes from the French Quarter and most attractions. Tanei was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making everything smooth. After a long morning of travel, the welcome snacks and water she left were so thoughtful and appreciated, especially with hungry kids! We truly felt at home and will definitely always book her place when visiting NOLA.

Great place and safe neighborhood! Uber and Lyft cheap to anywhere! Awesome place to relax!

The Natchez room was very clean and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The location is within walking distance (1/2 mile) of the French Quarter, Bourbon St, WWII Museum, and multiple excellent restaurants. No real negatives to the location or the building.

Great location! Perfect size for our family of 8. Responsive host. Easy in/out. Very high ceilings in unit and lots of sweet character. For anyone street parking in this area..we got a parking ticket for parking within 20 ft of a crosswalk. Also lots of 2 hr parking. It was fine until the French Quarter festival started, then there was no parking. We had to find a paid lot.

I loved staying here. We went with 9 girls for my bachelorette party. There were beautiful places to take photos, a great back yard/courtyard to hang out in (and balcony), and was modern and clean. The girls loved the Airbnb as did i. It was in a quiet and safe neighborhood while also being a 20 minute walk to bourbon street. At night we ubered but during the day we walked! She’s also so sweet and responsive- let me check in early too! If I was going back to NOLA, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

What a gorgeous home! We were just blown away when we checked in and couldn't get over the layout and the character of the place. I wish we had had more time, and I will definitely book this place again next time I visit NO. The Marigny has always been my favorite neighborhood, and Franz's place was just deep in enough to be quiet, away from the lively bars on Frenchman, while being a short walk to all the action. Mostly though, I could have spent the whole visit on the balcony porch drinking coffee. So dreamy!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described and the host was friendly and helpful to any question we had. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful home. Nice bedrooms (both with their own bathrooms). Nice yard, which you can pull your car off the street to park in the yard (yard has garage door opener). Close to everything. Host was very friendly, and I will stay here again.

We had the absolute best stay here!! When we arrived everything was immaculately clean Robin is a wonderful host and so sweet She thought of everything we might need as far as bedding, toiletries, hygiene care, dishes, laundry supplies, snacks, etc The backyard was lovely, def recommend if you have kids who need space to run around It is about a 25min drive to Bourbon St and French Quarter area. It was well worth it for such a quiet and safe neighborhood We will be staying here in the future for sure Thank you again Robin, you made this trip so magical 🌸✨
