Great little flat, with lots of charecter. Easy to find and park. Loved the shop idea, we were eating buffet at a party later that night so did not want a big tea, we thought lets get settled at the flat then nip for food, well we did not have to as Alison had supplied us with lots of freebies plus a well stocked freezer and cupboard with food to buy, a little shop in the flat, amazing idea. Will Definitely stay again

We had an issue accessing our previous air BnB that we had booked. I found this place and contacted the host Trevor to explain our situation and to ask if he could help. His place wasn’t quite ready for guests but he went round there and had it ready for us within an hour. Really went above and beyond to ensure that we weren’t left stranded. Very friendly service and a lovely find, the accommodation was perfect. Excellent service. We are very grateful that we found a great last minute booking with a lovely host. Thank you Trevor

Amazingly central location and super easy check in. Gemma and Andy were really helpful in the run up to check in and helped us with the parking too. Would recommend if you’re visiting Harrogate! If you’re a light sleeper, take an eye mask as the white shutters mean you get a reasonable amount of light in the mornings.

We’ve stayed at a few of John’s properties over the last few years as a base when visiting family and they’re always spot on. Exactly what we need. Nice and central and lots of amenities

Just like home from home with immediate access to all the service you expect for a walking holiday in Cumbria. Also, private car parking, access to what is now an excellent bus services in and around the local valleys and not to forget the immediate availability of the excellence of the Booths super market!

A very comfortable peaceful apartment with a lovely view, close to gorgeous countryside & the beach Susan was very helpful and quick to respond to questions A bottle of wine and some milk was a very welcoming gesture!

Had a great long Bank Holiday weekend in Herdwick Heft..The apartment is small yet cosy..clean..modern and had everything we needed for our 3 day getaway.The accommodation is situated right in the heart of lovely Ambleside with all its attractions..great views from the bedroom too and the bonus of a parking space.Communications with Amanda was excellent with a smooth check in..we could highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Wir haben uns in Paulines Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Ausstattung war super, alles war sauber und die Lage top! Der Ausblick ist definitiv das Highlight und war sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. :) Grade für 2 Pärchen bietet die Wohnung ausreichend Platz und Privatsphäre. Die Kommunikation mit Pauline war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Great place to stay - some nice restaurants and pubs We used it to commute down to aintree in Liverpool, train was around 45 mins. Comfy space, easy to find and was perfect for what we needed

Although Phil was unable to greet us at the property, he sent very easy to follow and clear instructions on how to enter which was very useful. The property was very clean and like home from home, had everything you could possibly need and had very clear directions and pointers on arrival and departure. We had to message Phil just the once and he was quick to respond and remained polite throughout. Would absolutely recommend!

Keith's place is a great location for anyone wants to eat, drink and visit any of the attractions within Alnwick. The flat was clean and well equipped for anything one might need. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Nick was very helpful at all times, very quick responding to any questions I had! Very easy to find, easy to get in and out of rooms with the instructions. The 2 separate rooms worked really well for us! Lovely stay and great location

Lovely cosy apartment within easy walking distance from the city but in a quiet neighbourhood. Stayed for a couple of nights while visiting the Uni and it was perfect for what we needed. Comfy beds, good showers and everything we needed in the kitchen. Would recommend and would stay again.

Stayed at David's place over the Easter weekend and had a great time. David's flat is top notch, tastefully decorated, high ceilings, clean. Two large bedrooms. Settled in really well due to the homely cosy feel of the place. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to Lytham centre with his bustling shops, bars and restaurants. A great stay at a great place.

My fiancée, our dog and I stayed with Liz for 3 nights recently. We absolutely adored the property, it was lovely and peaceful, it has wonderful surroundings and it is very peaceful. Liz is a lovely lady, although we didn’t meet with her during our stay, she was always on hand to help us with any questions that we might have had. The property is very modern, very clean and very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was fantastic after a day of walking in the sun. Our dog, Mabel, was very happy too. There was plenty of space for her to explore and there is plenty of great walks, such as Ingleton Falls, which isn’t a long drive away. We had no issues with the property, or Liz, and we felt incredibly welcomed. We really appreciate your hospitality and hopefully we will be able to stay with you again in the future. Thank you ever so much again.

Great host! Amazing place and great view. We needed a private, relaxing getaway and this place was just right. We enjoyed the local attractions and loved every bit of the place. House was neat and Dave was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!!

What a truly wonderful little place, there is so much to do for the kids and my two really did enjoy it! The apartment was absolutely stunning, spotless and also very spacious. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to book a trip away to the lakes be it with children or without. We will definitely be coming back!

We arrived two hours early but the accommodation was ready and Phil came over to let us know to go in. The building was just like the photos, clean and tidy, private and very comfortable. The village was just a short walk and the surrounding area was beautiful. We had a really enjoyable stay and i wish we’d had more than one night.

We loved staying at Jane & Andrew’s “cottage” as I’m calling it. It’s so much more than an apartment, it’s so spacious, beautiful and welcoming with a lovely courtyard at the back along with the hot tub. We didn’t visit the farm since my hubby has had hip & knee surgery recently and the uphill climb would have been too much for him but for sure we’ll be back and hopefully he’ll be fit enough to do it then. The local Sainsbury’s is just a 10 minute walk away so I would walk there and then take a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back with heavy groceries…like Guinness, lol The West End pub is also a 10 minute walk away and a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back too. We flew from Toronto to visit family in Wyke and adored staying in this gem of a place for a week. So peaceful and a perfect size for two adults. The owners’ Grandkids were just next door, so if you have a couple of kids there’s plenty of room for them too and I’m sure they’d all get along, but as just us two adults we had loads of room.

Hassle free check in and had everything we needed, hot tub was great to have along with barbecue. No complaints whatsoever, highly recommend this stay if looking to stay in the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
