Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Luxury sea front Villa with prestigious location

Villa Beyaz Kelebek in Kisla is one of the area’s finest properties and lies directly on the sea front, with large outdoor areas. The position guarantees magnificent sea views, there is a large private pool with infinity taking full advantage of the view. There is a Jacuzzi at the upper terrace behind the Villa with magnificent view over the bay and Kalkan. A staircase with 150 steps leads you down to the sea platform and access to the sea, sometimes there are local fishermen there as well.

Apartımız 1+1 dir. 4 kişiye kadar konaklayabilir. Tüm mutfak malzemeleri vardır. 2 klima vardır. Kaş’ın ünlü plajlarından olan Akçagerme plajına 500 metre mesafededir. Evimiz bahçelidir. Dairelerimizde sigara içilmemektedir. Misafirlerimiz bahçeyi kullanabilir. Mangal alanını kullanmak isterseniz 1 gün önceden bize bildirmeniz gerekmektedir ve müsaitliğe bağlıdır. Binamıza ait otopark yoktur, evimizin bulunduğu sokakta cadde üzerinde park yerleri mevcuttur.

B2- Cozy wooden bungalow with pool, private garden

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Modern 2-bedroom villa in Gökseki near Kaş with panoramic sea views, private infinity pool, and stylish interiors. All rooms have A/C and Wi-Fi. Just 10 mins from Kaş and 5 mins to the nearest beach.

Zeytin ağaçları içinde modern bir yapı. Uyandığınızda denizin masmavi manzarasını görebileceğiniz harika bir manzarası bulunuyor. Sizde bu anı kaçırmayın. Denize 1.5 km uzaklıktadır. Villaya giden yolun son 100 metresi %20’lik bir eğimden oluşmaktadır. Villamızın terası dışarıdan görünmemektedir. Havuzumuzda ısıtma yoktur.

Villa Senar is a cosy sea front holiday home set on the beautiful Kas peninsula with sea views that are simply stunning. Its prime location offers seafront tranquility whilst being just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Kas town. The sea platforms are just 80 meters from the house, accessed via a shady stairway.
