Before arrival, Chris sent instructions walking us through the check in process, the building and property codes, complete with pictures. This made the whole process of checking into the property a lot easier. Getting access to the parking lot the first time requires you to retrieve the key from the lock box outside the unit but the detailed instruction helped immensely. The property itself is clean, warm, comfortable, and very welcoming. He even had spices and oils in the cabinet, aluminum foil, ziplock bags - all the small things (we didn't need to use any of them but it was nice that they were there! )The record player was a lovely touch and we enjoyed listening to some of the records. The only thing we I wished was there - an umbrella! (lol - it rained the entire week of our stay). There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by and we felt safe walking around and exploring the area. Overall, Chris' place felt like home away from home and we'd stay here again.

I had a great stay! The place was very clean, cozy, and matched the description perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with everything I needed nearby. The host was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Haven’t really stayed in many airbandb’s but this was bright and cheery and spotlessly clean. Easy walk to great restaurants and our own parking spot right out our door. .

Staying at Natasha's apartment was a wonderful experience. The area has so much to explore and it is extremely transit-friendly and walkable. We were also grateful for the recommendations map she left for us upon arrival. The space was clean and easy to maneuver around. A note if you have mobility challenges or heavy baggage - there are several flights of stairs to climb (one from street level and two to the 2nd floor) and no elevators. I would say this space is ideal for one to two people. The price was also very good! It was my first time in Vancouver and I plan to be back (and stay here again).

Great place to stay, beautiful location, perfect for walking your fur baby, safe neighbour hood, relaxing balcony with a great view, simply wonderful experience!

Kirsten was very friendly and accomodating. I'm grateful she accepted our last minute booking and she also let us check out later than the set time. They have a very curious and adorable orange cat who hung out with us for a while during our stay and we really appreciated his company

A wonderful stay in an absolutely stunning location! The photos and description are perfectly accurate, and the place is wonderful to spread out relax or use as a homebase while visiting Sidney. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and stocked full of amenities, and the kitchen is very functional with a great open room and beautiful balcony overlooking the water. Victoria is about a 25 minutes drive away (depending on traffic) but the suite is close to many amenities including stores, restaurants, the Victoria Airport and the ferries to Vancouver. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

After travelling to Vancouver, many times in the past few years, I have to say that this is our favourite Airbnb. The location is fantastic. It’s close to the university many restaurants and the beach. Patrick was amazing host too, came out and met us when we arrived and was always responsive to my questions. He allowed us to plug our car into the garage outlet. The place it’s itself is spotless and brand new with all the amenities listed. Comfortable beds which is always a very important part of traveling! I’ve already put it in our favourite category for Vancouver stays. We will be back!! Be sure to get a cinnamon bun from Ground for Coffee. It was epic!!

Jacqueline’s place was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our group of four adults and three kids. The house was absolutely gorgeous and full of thoughtful touches and the neighborhood was darling and near amenities- a grocery store, some quick restaurants and a Starbucks were nearby and the beach and a cute park were right down the road! Victoria was a short, convenient drive away. We could not have asked for a more lovely place to stay for our family trip, and look forward to staying again someday!

We had such a lovely stay at Michelle’s home! The location was quiet and peaceful, and the home was stunning with the perfect backyard for morning coffee. We were hosting family in town for our baby shower and Michelle added a special touch of flowers, a card and chocolate for us to find at check in which was so sweet!

The properly was amazing! Everything was in order and all facilities were in perfect conditions. The properly was very clean and felt home and Yuan was very helpful, friendly and responsive. We will definitely consider it as our first choice whenever we go to Vancouver in the future..

We were very impressed with Sheri's place! it was by far the all over nicest rental we have stayed at. It was very clean and tidy and the place was lovely inside and out. The location is a nice quiet residential area and just a few minute walk to the beach and spit . I would highly recommend Sheri's place , 5 stars all the way!!

We loved staying at Dave’s Central location perfect for Nanaimo adventures, and super close to the ferry We’d love to get back some day!

Stayed at Hugh’s place while we visited Vancouver and absolutely loved it. It was a really nice area and easy to get from the apartment with public transport to inner city and back again. If we had any questions about the apartment Hugh was quick to answer which made the stay very easy and comfortable.

Great host was able to meet up a bit ealier as I got into Vancouver ealier then check in time. The unit had a hair curler which save me time to the salon, and great location in Richmond. Clean and nice condo. ;)

Stunning views and a wonderful space with a delightful garden. We loved it here and did not want to leave. This property has access to the ocean, and a huge deck to watch the ocean and wildlife. The suites are well appointed, clean and spacious. The suites even included binoculars! We would recommend this spot - it was well worth the drive.

Fantastic location, walkable to a ton of restaurants and grocery stores. Apartment was clean and modern with a phenomenal coffee maker and a full kitchen. Parking on site was a huge plus. Brian was a great communicator and we hope to stay there again!
