Great communication, clear instructions. The surrounding was peaceful and very close to the beach. The rooms was surprisingly soundproof and the heating was more than adequate for cold days. The living area was super spacious.

The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

My friend group of 10 and myself absolutely loved out stay at this place. The house was everything we wished for and more. It was in such a fantastic location within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, beach, etc) and the house itself was incredible. So much to do inside with lots of options including pool table, table tennis, basketball, swing set, xbox and more. I would definitely recommend this stay.

This really did feel like a home away from home. Everything you could ask for is here. The surrounds are so peaceful and quiet. I had a BBQ and a beach walk with friends on the Saturday and the patio was an amazing area to sit out on and look at the water. Differently will be returning! Hi Deb! Today we left your wonderful house unfortunately after 6 weeks. We had a phantastic time and didn’t want to leave… We got in contact with so many nice people in Surf Church and Baptist Church. The Catholic School was also wonderful for our son. We loved Surfing at Smiths Beach, hiking at Pyramid Rocks, swimming at the Beach at your House with the black swans, Jogging at Silverleaves and writing a Book on the terrace of your House with the Most wonderful panoramic view ever!!! How can I now live without it?

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a last minute booking but even with short notice (2 hours prior to check in) the property was in immaculate condition & Mari was friendly & responsive. ☺️ I’d recommend Mari’s place!

Marg was an absolutely amazing host. She gives you great recommendations of things to see and do the surrounding area. Instructions were very clear and her home is beautiful. Clean with everything you need. She is very responsive and very friendly. 10/10 experience.

Very friendly people. House was well equipted. pingpong table, several parking areas, clean and warm swimming pool, toys for kids, kitchen with almost al necessary things, BBQ, ... Also the location is great.Silent, 2 min walk to beach. 10 min walk to restaurants and shopping center. I think it had the best location in phillip island. Many thanks to them:)

We have stayed at Jodie's place 2 or 3 times now, my kids love it, we walk to the beach in the morning and if hot enough, pool for rest of the day. It has everything that suits us as a family including the oval and skate park across the road.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We were so pleased to have stayed in this very spacious apartment. The photos dont do it justice. A magic view of the bay from the balcony. A fabulous location making it an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, the foreshore and supermarkets.

This was my second time of booking Elle & Andrew’s house, the first time was with my family , and this time was with a small group of girlfriends. The house was perfect for both occasions. The house was spotlessly clean , spacious & the pool & spa were again a highlight. Everything was there we could possibly need , so we could relax & enjoy the weekend. Elle & Andrew were sensational hosts, very responsive & nothing was too much trouble . All my friends thought the house was simply amazing & can’t wait to go back . Thanks for having us .

What a lovely spot. Calm and quiet with amazing ocean views. Lots of good cafes and restaurants at your doorstep.

We had a lovely week at Somers, walks on the beach, coffee at the general store. The house was lovely, and it was great to emerge from the backyard to the beach - quite some steps though. Pool was good for a quick dip and play. We enjoyed the view - sitting inside (storms) or drying off after a swim. Our doggie was welcomed with treats. Lots of lovely art and an admiral beachcombing collection makes you feel at home.

Our little family had a wonderful time staying at Steve and Renee’s beach house. The house is located close to the beach so much so that we walked down each other day. The kids loved the large outdoor space in particular the swing set. We would highly recommend staying!

The house is full of character. Great mix of old and new via a very thoughtful renovation and furnished perfectly with original 70s pieces. House was spotless and has everything you need for a relaxing stay - all linen and towels provided and kitchen has plenty of pots, pans and utensils for cooking. Super close to the beach. Can walk into town along the beach. Family had a great Easter long weekend away - we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this thoughtfully designed property. While it operates as a business accommodation, the personal touches in the decor and furnishings made it feel warm and welcoming. The space was spotless, comfortable, and well-furnished, with stunning views from the balcony. Communication with the host was seamless, and every effort was made to ensure we had a great stay. Such a beautiful house & amazing location! The house had everything we needed & was nice & clean with great amenities. The views were just gorgeous as the house was located right on the beach. We had easy access to the beach from the back yard. We were away for a girls trip but would love to come back with my family in the future as it's also very well set up for family groups too.
