Costa Adeje: aluguel por temporada de apartamento (condo)

This accommodation looked like the photos [clean and neat]. [I always expect that properties wont quite meet the standards of the photographs.] So, it was a pleasure to find a place of a good quality which matched the photographic and text description. It was quiet, everything worked & dealing with Gabriella was a pleasure. The allocated private parking space was a real boon. There was reasonable nearby shopping and restaurants. There was also good walking - directly from the apartment. I would be happy to return to this accommodation in the future. Staying here for several weeks was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Just come back from a lovely 10 day stay at Maria's apartment. The complex is quiet, peaceful and wonderfully kept and the apartment welcoming ,clean and homely. Maria is a great host, always responsive to enquiries, advice and support. The location is spot on with lovely bars, amenities and restaurants. Certainly will return!

Great apartment. Great Sea view. 12th floor but lift very reliable. Good Supermarket near by. Short costal walk into the centre of Los Cristianos. Large Bedroom. Very clean with everything you need.

We had a lovely month stay, the apartment is located in a great place and the views excellent, sun all day with 2 balconies, it would have been nice to have been notified that the apartment next door was being fully refurbished, we found out at 8am the first morning when banging and drilling started but overall we had an excellent time, Simona the host sorted out any queries very quick, we have even booked our flights for next year.

A fabulous apartment in a great location, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. It had plenty of room, was spotlessly clean and well equipped, we loved the fact that it’s got 3 balconies! Jesus and Gladys were on hand at all times and got back to me immediately when I messaged them. We will definitely be re-booking!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen !! José ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert, antwortet sehr schnell. Als wir den Schlüssel vergessen hatten hat er sich sehr schnell und freundlich gekümmert, vielen lieben Dank an die Mama die extra schnell mit Ersatz kam. Jose ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Die Bucht ist beschaulich und familiär, nettes Café gutes Restaurant. Die Wohnung ist tip top in Ordnung, gut ausgestattet, modern. Viele Handtücher, sehr gute Matratze und angenehme Bettwäsche. Die Küche hat alle Annehmlichkeiten die man braucht und einen großen Tresen um Essen vorzubereiten und an dem man auch schön sitzen kann. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist großartig und die Sonne geht hinter dem Fels unter. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und auch einen regelmäßigen Bus zum Busbahnhof Icod von wo aus man die ganze Insel erreichen und erkunden kann Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!! 👍🥰💯

Luigi was warm and welcoming, the apartment was clean and spacious. There’s a small basket with local things to go and visit. Lovely peaceful location only 20mins from Los Cristianos. The price was the correct amount. Not too much not too little. Costa Del Silencio strip was always full of lovely bars Thank you Luigi

We highly recommend these apartments, I'll tell you why. This is my story. First, we arrived in Tenerife at around 12:20 in the morning. I really liked that Aleksandra took our luggage and asked us to go for a coffee, while we had a coffee she managed to prepare our apartments for us to enjoy our vacation, so everywhere check in is from 15-16pm. Second, her husband picked us up from the airport, it's just wonderful not to be distracted by a taxi and looking for where my apartments are. Third, the apartments are 100% clean, there is everything a person needs for a vacation. Fourth, the apartments are in a very picturesque location and by the way everything is very close to shops, beaches, restaurants, clubs. Aleksandra always helped us with what we needed, she is a great person. We will be back !

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb — perfect for both relaxing and working remotely. I spent a month and a half working remotely and we’re already considering coming back next year. The location is incredible — just a 2-minute walk from one of the best beaches on the island. Supermarkets and bars are also nearby. The pool was a great option for days when the sea was too rough, and the internet was outstanding — fast and reliable the entire time, which was essential for remote work. Iris, our host, was extremely helpful and kept in touch throughout our stay, letting us know if anything came up that might be of interest. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be that a few pieces of furniture were a bit worn — nothing unexpected for a place with lots of guests. To be fair, we didn’t mention it to the host at the time, but based on how responsive they were, I’m sure they would have taken care of it right away. Overall, it was a great experience in a great location.

we (gezin met twee kinderen van 4 en 1 jaar) hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in Palm Mar. De accomodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, ook voor de kinderen een kinderstoel, bedje, beddengoed, zelfs schepjes voor op het strand. Locatie was perfect en goed om met de auto overal te komen. 100 sterren voor Yves en graag tot ziens!

Alessia was great during our stay. She met us on arrival even though we were delayed and showed us to the apartment, she did the same on our departure even though it was early on a Saturday morning. The apartment has everything you could need and is well equipped, it's a stones throw away from the pool and has a small children's play park directly outside. The area is quiet but has supermarkets, bars and restaurants readily available. There's also a local bus that drops in Playa de Las Americas. We had a great stay for the week and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet getaway! Thanks Alessia!

We stayed 50 days at Darya's apartment and I must say that i was an amazing experience. Apartment has a wonderful ocean view from a nice and cosy terrace. It was spacious enough to perfectly fit parents with 2 small children. Communication with Darya was smooth and she was always very helpful. We had everything we needed. Location with a close distance to kindergarten, gym and supermarket is a huge plus.

An lovely flat in a beautiful location. Incredible views from the balcony, great place to watch the sun go down. Balcony has both an umbrella and a full awning for a bit of shade and extra privacy. Nice bedroom, bathroom, comfortable seating area with TV. Kitchen has easy to use oven, microwave, fridge, freezer etc as you would need on a holiday. As others have mentioned it's up a bit of a hill, but only five minutes stroll from lovely little town with shops, bars and restaurants. No problem for us with parking on the street directly outside. Had a great time!

Alexandra is a lovely person, we had a great stay! She greeted us on arrival and allowed us to check out late. Great communication too. Would recommend her apartments!

A great apartment just by the sea, perfect for a family with small children. Peaceful and quiet, but also close to the town centre. A very nice experience!

Had a gorgeous few days in Florence's place. The apartment is bright and spacious, split across three floors. The bedroom is downstairs which is nice and cool. The living space is airy with a view of of the beach just across the road. Pool was enjoyable and clean too. A short walk along the coast into town.

Sonia ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen da man alles gut zur Fuß erreichen konnte und Restaurants, Supermärkte und Bars im engen Umkreis sind. Eine schöne Wohnung ! Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen ☺️

When we arrived at the apartment, Fabio was there to meet us and show us around the apartment. The apartment was lovely and bright with a great terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. Any questions or queries we had were dealt with promptly by Fabio. He speaks very good English and responds quickly to text messages. When leaving, Fabio arranged our taxi for us and also allowed us leave our luggage in the apartment until it was time to go (evening flight). The apartment was well equipped with everything one needs in the kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, etc. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again. Thanks Fabio for all your help.

Todo en general estuvo bien. Tuvimos una problema con una sábana y rápidamente se arregló. A la llegada, el responsable de entregarme las llaves y enseñarme el apartamento me decía que no tenía ningún apartamento libre y no me daba acceso a él, causándome esto un gran disgusto. Después de insistir una y otra vez que ya lo tenía reservado y pagado en Airbnb por fin me entendio (no era español) y me acompañó al apartamento. Pero vamos, que hemos estado muy a gusto

Le séjour dans cet appartement était parfait ! La vue est magnifique, très beau coucher de soleil ! Il est très facile de se garer dans la rue ou dans le parking de la résidence. Le logement est à proximité d'un supermarché et également de nombreux restaurants, pharmacie etc. L'hôte a été très réactive afin de nous fournir l'emplacement exact de l'appartement. Vous pouvez y séjourner les yeux fermés !

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem Apartment und werden es auch im nächsten Jahr wieder buchen, sofern es verfügbar sein sollte. Sehr gute Lage, Strand und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Netter Kontakt zu Willie, der sowohl Check-in als auch Check-out äußerst unkompliziert gestaltet.

Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern und vier Erwachsenen dort. Es war super! Die Unterkunft war absolut perfekt. Die Lage war super. Wir waren sogar mit den Kids im Pool. Sehr sauber und die Ausstattung war prima. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.
