The studio is close to North Coast Highway and beaches like Crescent Bay and Shaw’s cove but is not oceanfront. Walking distance to downtown Laguna.

Our apartment is located on the beach side of Pacific Coast Highway and has a very unique charm. We are located in the heart of Corona del Mar Village ('Flower Streets'). The apartment has two bedrooms and one bath. With a foldout couch that converts to a double size bed. There is a sleeping capacity for up to 5 persons. A pack-n-play portable crib and high-chair are available for tots. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and an ice-chest. Full use of the laundry is provided at no charge.
