Beautifully renovated 1860's cottage in Llan Ffestiniog, a quiet village located in the middle of Snowdonia National Park. Only twenty minutes drive to the beach and close to the mountains. The Snowdonia Slate Trail goes past the front door and you can drive in four different directions to popular locations within the National Park. Three miles from Blaenau Ffestiniog and the slate caverns and 25 minutes drive to Betwys Y Coed. The village has a community run pub and local shop.

There is a regular bus service just outside the site which allows for easy travel further afield.
