The Quarters at Rockwater is a 4-unit complex located along the Arkansas River Trail which is a biking & pedestrian trail that links the downtowns of Little Rock and North Little Rock and extends to scenic routes beyond. A mix of downtown vibrancy and small-town community make this a win-win option for guests who can also choose between the rental of only one unit or even all four. Unit A is a first level, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt with an open kitchen, dining, and living space with private patio.

We have included enough beds and other sleeping spaces for nearly every group and our large living and dining areas are perfect to wind down after a fun day on the lake or out antiquing. Life slows down even more around the fire pit in the backyard. We hope you enjoy both the inside and outside of our home and encourage you to spend some time in Greenbrier eating, shopping, and playing.

This charming home offers a serene retreat suitable for singles, couples, or a small family, welcoming pets with open arms. Nestled within a spacious 0.8-acre lot, it features a main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, & a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a modern office. The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

The Park House

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish three bedroom - two bath house in a quiet neighborhood in West Conway. The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. From a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea to Smart TVs in both living room and master suite, a dedicated work space, full size washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard with a Weber grill, we tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable! And were pet friendly!

Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance & outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit. Front porch has a swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets and no larger than 50 pounds. NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

Just 8 minutes from dining and shopping, our retreat combines serene lakefront living with easy access to local amenities. You'll enjoy this cozy cottage when you stay here. Bruce and Cindy built this from the ground up and have several acres of land to enjoy. On the grounds you will find semi-free-roaming chickens (don't worry, they won't bite) and a loving cat named Sunny and a little cavapoo dog named Stewby. The cabin backs up to a wooded area, so even thought you are only minutes from shopping, parks, Beaverfork Lake, and many other attractions, it feels like you are in the country.

If you love to be greeted by friendly, nosy sheep then this is the place for you! Welcome to our little farm, we love when guests feel at home in our little farmhouse. Sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee while watching the sheep, goats, and horses graze. Sit on the back porch at night during the summertime and watch the beautiful fireflies! This is a place to relax and unwind from the the hustle and bustle while enjoying a little taste of farm life.
