It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. This historic property was built in 1939 and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences.
