With views of Weather Lamb and The Old Man of Coniston, The Cottage is the perfect place to relax, take in the views and get away from it all. With the Cumbrian Way and footpaths located near to the property, enthusiastic walkers can explore the stunning countryside, pet the goats and sheep and enjoy Coniston Water, which is only a few miles from The Cottage.

The property is split up over three floors, with a bespoke kitchen diner on the ground floor, an open plan living room with window seats, a log burner and a modern tv for relaxing, then the top floor provides the bedroom with large en-suite style bathroom that’s quirkily decorated to offer a truly unique stay.

Low Brow a split level detached barn conversion, close to the centre of Coniston. Leave the property and turn right for a short stroll down the hill into the village for shopping, pubs and cafes. Coniston Water is a 15 minute walk and is peaceful and picturesque for sailing and canoeing. Turn left as you leave the property and within minutes you are climbing Coniston Old Man. Ideal as a base for cycling. An elevated patio to the rear of the property offers fine lake views over Coniston Water.

Nestled under the crags of the Old Man, the location is unbeatable. Walk onto the Coniston fells from the back door and into the village in 5 minutes. With a picturesque garden, set on different levels, there are breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding fells. Being only five minutes walk from the village centre, it is very convenient for all local amenities. Sleeps four (+1). We allow up to 2 dogs and charge £20 per stay for each pet.
