The property is split up over three floors, with a bespoke kitchen diner on the ground floor, an open plan living room with window seats, a log burner and a modern tv for relaxing, then the top floor provides the bedroom with large en-suite style bathroom that’s quirkily decorated to offer a truly unique stay.

Sited on the Cumbria Way in the iconic Langdale valley, this light comfortable home offers great access to the outdoors and is close to Ambleside, Grasmere, Coniston and Windermere. Sunny open plan living space with woodburner. 3 bedrooms - 2 with king size beds, 1 with twin beds. Garden with lovely views of hills and woodland. Dogs welcome.

⭐️⭐️Comfortable & spacious Home, Coniston centre⭐️⭐️

Our house is close to the centre of Coniston village, 2 mins walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants and a short stroll down to the lake. The house has quality furniture and fittings, we've taken time over everything, the wood burning stove, comfy beds and the modern well equipped kitchen. There's beautiful landscapes throughout and some unique leaded glass by Sarah Lace. You can leave the car and walk everywhere if you wish. Our house is good for couples, families and one well behaved dog.

Camping pod in western lakes

Our cosy pod sleeps 2 adults comfortably but could sleep 3 adults or 2 plus 1 young child. Pet friendly. Inside the pod is a double bed, a single futon mattress, kettle, toaster and oil filled radiator, carpeted floor, black out curtains. no bedding is supplied. The pod is small but cosy. The onsite games room provides extra space. Based on our working farm with panoramic views of local fells and Skiddaw. We have 3 camping pods all sited for guest privacy but could all be hired by friends.

Downstairs, the hall leads into a fully equipped kitchen and the living/ dining room, with patio doors that open out onto a pebbled seating area. Ideally located, with a gentle stroll down to Coniston Water and a bridle path above, leading to the fells and Coniston Old Man. Half a mile from the village and opposite the Ship Inn.

Crag Cottage, Coniston

Crag Cottage is a picture postcard Lakeland cottage with thick stone walls and an open fire. Despite being over 250 years old, the cottage is cosy and comfortable. Nestled under the crags of the Old Man, the location is unbeatable. Walk onto the Coniston fells from the back door and into the village in 5 minutes. Three Springs, as it is known, is an idyllic Lakeland cottage, well equipped and positioned in a superb, elevated position, overlooking Coniston Water and Grizedale Forest. With a picturesque garden, set on different levels, there are breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding fells. Being only five minutes walk from the village centre, it is very convenient for all local amenities. Sleeps four (+1). We allow up to 2 dogs and charge £15 per stay for each pet.

High Bridge End cottage is an attractive stone built Lakeland property, set in the heart of the Duddon Valley. Situated directly on the banks of the picturesque River Duddon, surrounded by the National Park Southern Fells. The cottage has been renovated with views in mind, the lounge being on the first floor with vaulted ceiling, picture windows and cosy log burner. Stylish kitchen, traditional shower room, spacious utility area and private parking for two cars.

Set in the fabulous Woodland valley close to Coniston. Latter Rigg Cottage is the perfect place to relax, unwind & explore the Lake District. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room & a fully equipped kitchen. We allow a maximum of four guests including children. Up to two dogs are welcome at Latter Rigg Cottage. Use this cottage to relax after a long day hiking, mountain biking in the forest or kayaking on Coniston water. Walking distance to Coniston village, multiple places to access the water and free parking on site you will barely need to use your car. If you fancy a walk up the old man of Coniston or a trip to Tarn Hows you can access all of these places on foot. Two bedroom, one bathroom cottage.
