The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

We are walking distance to several of the finest Microbreweries in Colorado. The apartment has a separate, private entrance, and large 4' high windows in every room. Located in Old Town Fort Collins on Plum Street, one block from Colorado State University, and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. This is a brand-new carriage house. It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.

Gated Historic Barn House - Near CSU and Stadium!

Welcome to our renovated, historic barn house! Built the same year that nearby CSU opened in 1879, the original barn has been completely remodeled with a bar, huge living area with ping pong table, oversized sectional sofa, tables, and three HD 65-inch flatscreen tvs, an HD flatscreen tv in the bar, plus a full bath, including a claw-foot tub. The open loft provides a queen-sized bed and three twin beds for over-flow company.
