Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

The Northwoods House - Direct ATV Access

Cozy, yet spacious home in the heart of the North Country. Centrally located in the Pittsburg/Colebrook area, this home offers a wonderful basecamp for any activity you're traveling North for. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pet friendly home located on an ATV trail. Fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, and large tvs with multiple streaming services available. Front porch is the perfect place to take your coffee or have a night cap while listening to Bishop Brook and taking in the sweet smell of balsam.

Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road. Minimum age to book: 22

Canoes and kayaks available for your use. Hiking, biking, cross country, downhill skiing trails, and snowmobile trails are within a short hike or drive of the house. The Pitt Stop Inn is a manufactured home located on a dead end road in the center of the historic village of Pittsburg. Minutes from Lake Francis, Back Lake and the Connecticut Lakes. Enjoy all the outdoor activities that Pittsburg has to offer from this central location. Deer and turkeys are often seen in the yard along with the occasional moose. We are UNABLE to host those guests wishing to access Pittsburg's ATV trail system. We apologize for any inconvenience.
