The place was beautiful looked just like the pictures. I lived the details in the house as well as the cleanliness of the house. Host was responsive and accommodating as well they definitely helped me I had a late flight. I will definitely stay again when I come back

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

We stayed here for a family Christmas gathering and it was just right! There are 4 bedrooms/2baths upstairs and another bedroom and half bath downstairs. Nice and spacious gathering areas perfect for our family Christmas. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water available. It is located alongside 2 busy streets so there was some traffic noise. However the location was perfect for us and was easy to get to various sights/museums/etc.

This place was amazing, and the surrounding environment was priceless. The location was perfect to enjoy the lake view and this home was clean and tidy. I would recommend anyone looking for a get away to stay here and just relax and enjoy, thanks Troy for everything see you again soon.

The home was wmmaculate. The pictures don’t do it justice. The home was clear and decorated perfectly. Enough beds for everyone, even came with a crib. The outside area gave just the right vibes and the sunroom/hottub area was EVERYTHING . Perfect setup for a perfect date night at home. 10/10 would recommend and definitely would book again. This villa had everything we needed. Sara was very responsive with any questions I had. The pool was perfect and I would definitely recommend heating if you travel during cool months. The home is spacious & very accommodating for a family gathering!

I would definitely love to rent it again! The owner was kind and helpful at every turn. I can not thank him enough!

By far the best place I’ve rented in Airbnb, private yet close to everything ! Tania was an excellent host as well, always responsive and helpful. 10 out of 10!!!

The house was spacious, beautiful, organized, and clean and was one of the best that we've stayed in to date. I DO wish that the hosts would allow more than 10 people as the house can hold more. 😁 The hosts, communicated thoroughly, promptly, and regualry regardless of the time of the day. They also looked to accomodate in every way possible to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. We recommend the home as well as Melanie and Sue as hosts. Looking forward to staying here again in the future as the house and location was awesome.

Molly’s place was perfect and neighborhood ! We were even able to walk around the neighborhood to do our daily healthy walk. Everything seem clean, safe, unavailable Molly response time was also impeccable.
