Recently renovated, this cosy, dog-friendly retreat is perfect for couples or small families seeking a relaxed coastal escape. Dogs are welcome throughout, including upstairs, with treats provided. Situated in a tiny hamlet within walking distance (1 mile) of picturesque Clovelly steeped in history this cosy cottage acts as an ideal base for exploring this wonderful scenic and coastal area. This 19th Century cottage has been tastefully renovated to a high standard and keeps it's traditional characteristics - wood burning stove and wooden beamed ceilings etc. The cottage also boasts having had a major uplift to provide you, the guests, with more comfort to relax and to enjoy your stay.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

With its pretty white washed exterior and walled cottage garden the house sits to the side of the historic 13th century St George Church. Putsborough beach a 2 mile stretch of sand is a 1.4 mile drive down a country lane or a 25 minute walk across fields. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

The perfect property for a quiet escape in the beautiful North Devon countryside. Close to both Cornish and Devon beaches it really is the best of coast and country. The Little Beeches is a one bedroom cottage which has a luxurious king size bed, shower room with walk in shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, integrated microwave, full size oven and washing machine. Outside is a large decked area with stunning views, BBQ and seating.

The Granary is a cosy cottage for two in a beautiful hamlet that is part of the North Devon AONB. The stunning beach of Welcombe Mouth is within walking distance, starting from the public footpath at the bottom of the garden. Tucked behind Linton farmhouse, overlooking farmland, with distant sea views it is a great place for walking, surfing, mountain biking or just relaxing and watching the magnificent sunsets and amazing starry skies free from any light pollution.

Set in a quiet rural location, Little Springfield is a great place for relaxing. A luxury self-contained lodge in a super location, for families, walkers, cyclists and surfers. A 5 minute drive to Bude and its fine choice of places to eat and drink alongside award-winning beaches of Summerleaze and Crooklets. Opposite the lodge there is a large parking area and paddock exclusively for our guests for softball games, picnics and BBQs, with views across the valley.
