Historical late 1800s Schoolhouse/Community Church

Explore Cowan Lake WEC and Amish stores and bakeries all within minutes from this historic Schoolhouse and picturesque setting. This 1882 Rural Schoolhouse is sitting on an acre of the original land. It includes a newly built 29 x 24 Hemlock sided closed pavilion with outside entities. Includes a park like charcoal grill, a gas grill , horseshoes court and corn hole boards. Situated on a small horse farm with beautiful pastures and lots of horses to look at. You will have complete privacy. Take a walk down the quiet road, or sit on the front porch and just enjoy. We are centrally located between Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. The cottage is completely remodeled with new kitchen & furniture. Come and enjoy the cozy comforts of home!

Located with direct access to Lake Cowan this cottage is also located within walking distance to the main south beach, hiking trails, great fishing holes and numerous picnic pavilions. As for taking in the local activities the Cowan Sailing club, Cowan State Park and World Equestrian Center are all located less than 5 minutes drive.

Charming cottage within walking distance of the Wilmington College campus and conveniently located near many local attractions and landmarks. Two bedroom, one bathroom with full kitchen, dining room, living room, rear deck, and private drive.
