Built in Jan 2025, Little Park Annexe provides brand new, ground floor, self catering accommodation within the grounds of owners home. All finished to a high standard with countryside views. Extensive landscaping project on owners garden / driveway recently completed. Free parking available. Adjoining barn providing large seating area / big screen viewing is available for hire by separate negotiation.

Welcome to Red Bluff House. Our family home was designed and built by us in 2016 and is a certified Passiv-Haus. We love the large open-plan living which is perfect for entertaining and get-togethers. The large patio area and garden are great for relaxing at home, having BBQ’s or just to enjoy the countryside. You won't be short of amenities here or things to do, there is space for everyone. Our house is a great base to explore many tourist destinations such as Stonehenge and Winchester.

Little Ashbrook is a newly renovated annex adjacent to our main home, on the edge of the pretty Hampshire village of Abbotts Ann. Just 5 minutes walk to 2 village pubs and an excellent award-winning, well stocked village shop and post office. Conveniently located to explore Iron Age forts, Stonehenge, Avebury, the bustling market town of Stockbridge, the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the New Forest and the South Coast. London Waterloo is an hour by train. A perfect escape!

Charming Coach House with Hot Tub

Gorgeous Hampshire coach house with hot tub and gym. Only 15 minutes from the A303 and Andover train station, in a quiet village with an excellent pub five minutes walk. Visit Stockbridge, Malborough, Highclere Castle,Stonehenge to name a few! The house is very spacious with two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower, separate downstairs loo. In the winter it is super cosy with a log burner or enjoy a bbq in the summer months. Fresh eggs from our chickens will greet you upon arrival!

Warren Lodge is charming one double bed annexe, newly decorated throughout, it is disability friendly, all on one level with low thresholds and wide doorways. Situated in the picturesque village of Amport, a short drive from Stonehenge, Bombay Sapphire Distillery and the Cathedral Cities of Salisbury and Winchester. There are several National Trust properties nearby, main road links to the A303, M3, A34, M4. London Waterloo can be reached in 1 hour 10 directly from Andover Station.

Scandi style house in beautiful Hampshire Village

We live in one of the best villages in the Test Valley. Amport has a great pub and village green with playpark, church, riding stables, beautiful countryside walks all within walking distance from our home. The Hawk Conservancy, Lains shooting school and Thruxton racecourse are 5 minutes away. Stockbridge with all it's shops, galleries, restaurants is a 20 minute drive. Winchester, Salisbury, Stonehenge are all within a 30 minute drive for you to explore…or just relax at the house.

Colindale Cottage, Nether Wallop

Located between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury ,Colindale Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Test Valley and beyond. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

This stunning country cottage is located in the heart of the Test Valley with its own patio and garden looking out to the fields behind. It is nestled in a lovely rural setting, with beautiful walks from the house, pubs and village amenities within walking distance. The cottage has luxury fittings, a wood burner and provides a haven for couples whatever age to getaway in an idyllic part of rural England. We are happy to host one well behaved pet.

A tranquil, secluded two bedroom apartment with its own access and parking that can accommodate up to seven people. You are situated in the grounds of a large country house with a tennis court. Our home is situated on the edge of a quintessentially English village within easy walking distance of a cosy pub, village green and a 13th century church. You will feel immersed in English Heritage from the moment you arrive...just fabulous!

River Test house & gardens, Whitchurch - The Lawn

The Lawn, formerly home to Lord Denning, is a privately owned property in the heart of Whitchurch, Hampshire. Accommodation is available to sleep 16. Perfect accommodation for visitors to the Bombay Sapphire Distillery. We also often have guests attending local weddings (eg. Clock Barn). The kitchen & dining room are recently (Feb 2023) refurbished.
