Ciudad Colonial, Zona Colonial: aluguel por temporada com área externa

Thanks to Angel & Maitee for accommodating me last-minute when I had an issue with my other Airbnb. The location is great, right in the Colonial Zone, walkable to everything. The apartment is newly renovated, and they have done a nice job and used top-quality products. Note the rooftop and jacuzzi are shared spaces with two other units next door, but it was a great space to get sun and cool off in the big jacuzzi with waterfalls. Maitee was so helpful with any issues I had and offered all sorts of recommendations for local food, coffee, car service, etc. Truly 5-star service. Angel was also very responsive. In all, a great experience and I would book it again.

El alojamiento es mejor que en las fotos, el lugar muy agradable con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estadía, Rossy fue muy amable y comprensible con la llegada dado que nuestro vuelo era tarde, el sector muy lindo con tiendas cercanas y estaba cerca a lugares turísticos, fácil para desplazarse utilizando aplicaciones.

Andre es muy buen anfitrion!! Y muy amable y amigable. La propiedad es muy linda y es tal cual esta en la fotos!! Me senti como en casa! Andres fue de mucha ayuda con su guia de restaurante y supermecardos, Con instruciones clara. Mis hijos e esposa le encanto la propiedad Unos de los mejores airbnb que me eh hospedado en la capital. had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I arrived really late (1am) and HOST had everything set up for me to easily have access to the house. Once inside the property itself was stunning - beautifully maintained and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was spectacular. The home is in a small gated community with plenty of doors that you can lock to separate you from the hustle and bustle. Book this home, located in one of the best areas in Santo Domingo.

Visite el lugar desafortunadamente solo por una noche con mis amigos, Pero afortunadamente maravillosa estancia todo luce exactamente como está en las fotos, la atención fue increíble 1000/1000 mis amigos lo disfrutaron y yo también, la atención del personal encargado fue extremadamente puntual y atentos y todo estaba equipado para recibir la cantidad de personas Máximo muchas gracias por absolutamente todo sin duda volveré!!✨

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

El lugar es muy tranquilo y acogedor, pero hay que modernizar algunos equipos como el aire acondicionado solo eso despues todo bien.

Jessica’s apartment provided every aspect of what you need and is very modern, bright and in perfect location in Santo Domingo for getting taxis (UBER or DiDi) - stop scrolling and simply stay here, good views on 17th floor pool and BBQ area, restaurants and all you need in walking distance including safe access to two (2) ATMs of major banks.

Wendel’s Place exceeded my expectations! It looked just like the photos and was conveniently located near fantastic restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was stunning, contemporary, and impeccably clean. I highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future.
