Includes your own laundry with small washing machine, toilet and shower; and your own little patio with wind-out awning. Only 2 minutes walk to beach and 12 minutes walk along the beach to Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

Complete privacy in the Guesthouse separate from the main house. The driveway splits in two and there is plenty of parking space.
