It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. It is perfect for couples who enjoy the great outdoors (you can walk onto the West Pennine Moors from the house) or for those just looking for a private retreat in which to unwind. Plenty of free unrestricted on street parking. Please note we cannot accept children or pets, the studio is compact and not suitable.

A first floor flat in the Freehold area of Lancaster. The flat is dog friendly and close to The Gregson Centre, a great place to grab a coffee or a bite to eat before exploring the city centre. A five minute walk down the hill and you are in the centre. The train station is around a 15 minute walk. The flat itself has a hallway, living room, kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and washer dryer. The bedroom has a super comfy, pillow topped double bed and in the bathroom is an over bath shower.

Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE.
