Basic but beautiful. Clean. Excellent location - we didn’t rent a car, but were happy to walk about 1.5km to Cottesloe beach (20mins). Right beside the train. View is beautiful! Excellent communication from host Peta.

The apartment is well situated in Napier Street with close access to local shops whether you head North or South along Marine Parade. Great location for sun lovers with balcony views of the beautiful Cottesloe sunsets through the pine trees. Well appointed apartment, lots of towels, and everything you might need in the kitchen. Easy walk to Eric Street IGA for shopping. Watch out for the Magpies. If your car is too big for the allocated parking spot, there are plenty of spaces nearby. Beds were very comfortable. A pleasure to stay there.

Clean, secure and great location in Freo. The back of the apartment overlooking Victoria Quay. Easy walking to resturants including Gage Roads Brewery- busy but relaxed port side pub, maritime museum and 5 mins to Rotto ferry terminal. We had a couple of changes to our itinerary and Isto was extremely helpful, very accommodating and always responsive. Loved it.

Although the apartment building is old, once we stepped into the apartment, it is totally different. The apartment’s decoration and furnishing is modern and fresh and clean. The location is very convenient, it is a stone throw away from a few restaurants and cafes. Alana was always responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Fabulous apartment in terrific location. Hosts have thought about what makes you feel at home & provided extras eg bathroom amenities, beach towels & pantry items. Very easy keyless entry & great communication from hosts. For a couple it was extremely comfortable & we would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

Our stay at David's Cottesloe apartment was beautiful. The apartment was VERY clean and was extremely well equipped with everything you need. Quite possibly the best equipped Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Ample kitchen utensils which isn't always the case with Airbnb stays. Beautiful beds and linen. Extremely comfortable apartment and a perfect location. Sensational evening view of the WA sunsets.

Wish we could have stayed longer! Sunset on the rooftop deck was something else as was the spa ❤️

Excellent place. Yasmine is not only a friendly host but a very concise communicator. The house itself is always basked in great lighting and sunset truly is a great experience with how well designed the architecture is. Would come again in a heartbeat, highly reccomended.

This was our second time visiting Perth, and we felt so lucky to stay in such a wonderful place. The house was not only beautiful but also perfectly located for a family getaway. We truly enjoyed the peaceful, family-friendly surroundings. The only thing we regretted was not having enough time. we packed too much into a short trip and didn’t get to fully explore all the nearby attractions. We’re already looking forward to coming back to this lovely place and experiencing even more, hopefully with a longer stay next time.

this is my first time to Perth, and I found this airbnb, the place is comfortable, close to the places I want to visit. this airbnb is also located in a strategic place so that going anywhere is not far from this airbnb. the place is clean and comfortable. the view is nice both morning and night.

Check in and check out were seamless. The space was great and close to some good supermarkets, cafes and close enough to the sporting precinct in Floreat for a pleasant ride. Claire was very available and a great communicator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Location location location This little trip was all about our Mum and spending quality time with her. Mum loves nothing more than the ocean and loved the view from the apartment. Mum also has mobility problems and this apartment was ideal. We could easily wheel her out to enjoy a walk, watch the sunset and eat at one of the many restaurants. Would love to do it all again!!

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. The host prepared the apartment perfectly for us, including equipment and nice Christmas details. Thank you for everything
