Little Barn a modern fully self contained beautiful bolt hole 400 metres from the beach, 8 minute walk from the train station and 10 minute walk to the town centre and harbour. It has private outside space to relax and off street parking. Luxury bedding on the beautiful king sized sleigh bed to ensure a good night sleep. Pear Tree Lodge has recently undergone a complete renovation. The property is self- contained from the main house with underfloor heating throughout and mid-century decor. There is a pretty garden exclusively for guests .Keys can be left out so guests can let themselves in and maintain their privacy, we will be on hand should you need anything. The property benefits from its own quiet shale driveway with off street parking. The lodge is a 15 minute walk to the beach, town and the train station.

Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. Nice quiet area with fields and woodland walks nearby Keys left in door - guests can let themselves in, we are generally around if you have questions There is BBQ area and a heated pool (shared with hosts) for stays of 2 days or more. Please note pool heating is not turned on until about mid-end of May and turned off in September. 5 min to Herne Bay. 15 min to Whitstable 20 min to Canterbury

Guest rate for 2 people, is for 1 bedroom only . If you require 2 bedrooms for 2 guests then there will be an extra charge of £15.

Situated 2 minutes easy drive from M20 Junction 13, 5 minutes from Eurotunnel and 15 minutes from Port of Dover. This AirBnb is perfect for overnight stays or longer if you wish to take in the sights of Folkestone and Kent. There is a train station only 5 mins walk so if you fancy a day in London you can be there within the hour. The historical city of Canterbury is only a 25 minute drive.

The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

Perfectly situated to enjoy scenic country walks and a short drive to Faversham, Canterbury and Whitstable

Downstairs is a cosy sitting room and a stylish shower room, then up the original winding staircase is the chic bedroom with a super-cosy bed with lovely bed linen and comfy hand made mattress. Our Annexe is a modern, cozy space, with free parking. The annexe is adjoining our home, but guests have their own private entrance. Inside is a spacious lounge, with settee, table and chairs, TV with Netflix and WiFi. We can offer our guests a breakfast of home cooked pastries, just let us know if it is something you would like.There is a seperate good sized, bedroom overlooking the garden,with a double bed and wardrobe. There is modern shower room with toiletries provided.
