Slip Cottage is in the conservation are of Whitstable just off the High Street with its unique boutique shops, Restaurants and Bars both family and dog friendly. Its central location is right at the heart of Whitstable benefiting from its own private parking space. All you have to do is turn up, everything is within walking distance. The Beach at Whitstable is dog friendly all year round and a two minute walk from our cottage. All bed linen and towels provided.

This fisherman’s cottage dates back to 1810, is full of period charm, and sympathetically decorated with antique, comfortable furniture. The cottage has a mature garden with side access, and is set down several steps meaning it feels nice and private. The cottage has steep stairs and some low ceilings.

The house itself was built in the 1880s and retains many original features. Guests really enjoy its relaxed atmosphere, private garden and proximity to the old town cafes, restaurants and shops.
