Chartrons, Bordeaux: aluguel por temporada em lofts

It is hard to know where to start , staying at Helene’s place is such a wonderful experience in so many ways . The apartment itself is stunning , spacious , bright , decorated in a charming , eclectic manner . The apartment is exceptionally well equipped for living .The location is superb ,in the heart of the Chartron one of the most charming parts of Bordeaux , like a village within the city , but only a short walk to the best the city has to offer . The apartment is a few feet off Rue Notre Dame which offers charming cafes and restaurants to say nothing of the convenience of a grocery store , patisseries , boulangeries and fruit and vegetable markets along the intimate rue . We felt we were part of the Rue Notre Dame community within days . Helene is helpful , charming and always responsive . The only problem with staying at Helene’s is you do not want to leave .

Un appartement que je recommande à 200%, idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage du Moulleau et des commerces. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien décoré. Le jardin est très agréable. La muse à disposition de vélos est un plus. Cathy est très réactive & nos échanges furent très agréables. Nous reviendrons! Merci encore!

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end chez Simone. La communication est au top, Simone est très arrangeante, et les petites attentions nous ont fait très plaisir. Nous recommandons vivement.

Lovely little apartment in a great location with really helpful hosts. The pictures don't do the space justice - it's characterful and charming, with plenty of room and facilities for 2. Outside, we particularly loved the pool area with a view over the vineyards, and of course the vineyard cats. Maria was extremely welcoming and helpful, and we took her up on the extras of early check-in and a tour and tasting, both of which enhanced our stay. This is the only self-catering unit we could find on a vineyard with facilities within walking distance - it was such a pleasure to be able to stroll into Saint Germain du Puch after a bottle of wine and have a supermarket, restaurants and 2x fantastic bakeries just a few minutes away. Would strongly recommend to anyone wanting to explore the area independently. (NB: Whilst St Emilion has the history, it's extremely commercial - we preferred Bergerac and nearby Libourne).

Great location, stylish apartment, definitely giving an insight into living in Bordeaux. we visited during a cold winter week, the apartment was warm and comfortable. Quiet at night as it’s a peaceful area and you're above street level. We walked everywhere, but it's also handy for trams, Inc from airport and train station. Good running along the river.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la très jolie maison de Sophie. Sophie nous a accueilli chaleureusement. La piscine est un vrai plus avec les enfants ! Le logement est bien situé sur les bords de la Garonne à proximité du tramway et du Bat3 qui déposent en centre-ville.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans l’appartement de Susie ! Très belle vue et superbe environnement !

Christophe's place is a super-cool industrial loft type place with loads of art and fun stuff around. There are loads of places to eat and drink within a 10 minute walk and the neighbourhood itself is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the place clean and spacious. Christophe responded quickly to any questions I had. I hope I'll be back. Thanks Christophe!

C’était génial, le loft est vraiment beau Nous étions 3. Mon mari et moi et ma meilleure amie (nous vivons aux États-Unis) Moi je suis de Bordeaux donc je connaissais le quartier c’est proche du tram et de la gare. C’est très très calme très beau aussi, Sophie a répondu à mes questions très vite quand j’en avais. Elle est gentille elle nous a même offert une bouteille de vin dès notre arrivée. C’est l’endroit parfait si vous voulez visiter Bordeaux.

Le logement de Max était tout à fait conforme à la description. Les instructions pour l'arrivée et le départ étaient parfaitement claires. Merci Max, nous gardons votre adresse très précieusement.

A great weekend away at Christophe's apartment. Very friendly and communicative host. The apartment is nicely decorated and well-equipped for everything we needed. Walkable to everywhere we needed to go in Bordeaux. We would gladly return!

Le logement de David à Bordeaux est espacieux, lumineux et bien distribué. Il est aussi très bien placé en face d'un arrêt du tram (pas de bruit dérangeant) et à quelques minutes à pied du centre. David a été très accueillant avant notre arrivée et pendant tout notre séjour, répondant gentiment à nos questions. je recommande !

Hôte très serviable . Le logement est très proche du site universitaire très pratique

I spent almost two weeks in Bordeaux. Sylvie made me me feel welcome and I had a wonderful time. My room, the house and the garden were gorgeous. It could not have bern any better!!
