We had a lovely stay! With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there was lots of space for 8 adults to be comfortable. The pool was used everyday and the house had everything we needed. There was a bit of an issue with the pool when we arrived but was promptly looked after the following morning. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone visiting beautiful Charleston!

We had a great stay here! The location was so perfect and walkable to King Street. There’s a bagel shop on the block we went to Holey City bagels every morning. The hosts were always quick to respond and helpful. The house itself had plenty of room for our group of 9. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Michael and Erica have a beautiful home. They definitely were a pleasure to work with. Everything in the house was pristine. The driveway was narrow, but between the garage set up and the driveway we were able to fit 5 good size vehicles without parking on the street. There are a lot of stairs. An elevator would be very beneficial for older people and for unloading and loading luggage. Even without the elevator, I would stay there again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for two families of four. The location is perfect - walkable to town and close to the beach but off the Main Street so quiet and not busy. We loved the pool and hot tub and outdoor seating and we made good use of the ping pong table room. We had small issues and questions throughout our stay and Frank was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Doug was an incredibly responsive host and the house was great for our large family with 3 small kids! We would definitely come back to this location & house again.

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. We booked the house at the last minute due to a cancellation and Krista was friendly. The house accommodated everything we needed. I would stay here again for sure. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I have had no doubt! The host is amazing and they go out of their way to make your stay at their home as comfortable and seamless as possible. They had homemade bread and a homemade quiche waiting for us! Even a hand written note inside their guest book specifically for us. They really care about the small details of sharing their home! We, four retired guys, were in town for a multi-day event at Patriots Point. Paula’s property is a short drive from there and close to shopping. We enjoyed meals at home, including grilling in the backyard, as we as in the general area, all short drives away. We met Paula on our first day, of six, as she allowed us to check in early while she was finalizing the house for our stay. 5 stars.

This home was very unique in every way. You could not see into one room from another, which made privacy for our group great. The neighborhood was very peaceful except for one dog, but we have dogs, so it was not bothersome. The house had plenty of space and seating for everyone. The pool area was amazing as well. Jon left us some drinks and breakfast items for our stay as well. Everything was perfect and we look forward to staying again, if dance competitions bring us back to Charleston!

This is our second stay with them and it’s always the best- They are so on point with responding quickly and taking care of any questions that it makes everything easy and seamless We are already looking to rebook 🫶

This property was situated in an amazing location on James Island. It was within walking distance of Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, & Walgreens making our mornings and shopping for last minute supplies very easy. The space was very clean and it looked exactly like the photos in the listing. When we ran into any issues, Rebekah was extremely responsive and ensured they were addressed promptly. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property!

The house was exactly what we needed for two families staying together with a teen and a toddler. The activities in the house were fun and then the pool outside allowed something for everyone. Steve was a great host and communicated with us quickly! We would stay here again if we were looking for a great place outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had the best girls weekend at Calvin’s home! He was very responsive and flexible letting us drop our bags off at the house ahead of check in. It was a great house and location - so close to the beach but also was great to have the pool option! IOP was a blast and the house was a semi far, but feasible walk to restaurants/bars. The house was great with many rooms to spread out and use during our stay. The only note is that the kitchen wasn’t stocked with any cooking essentials (olive oil, s&p, butter, condiments). Would highly recommend - we may even be back!

We stayed at The Gardenia House for a bachelorette trip and we absolutely LOVED it! We had 13 girls and there was plenty of room. Each room was spotless and it was such a beautiful home. We had a small mishap come up late at night and Michael was super quick to respond. We 100% recommend staying here, especially for a girls trip! Thank you, Michael!

This was my first time booking a trip on Airbnb and Joseph made this a simple and easy experience from start to finish. He was kind, communicative, accommodating and proactive making it a TRULY magical weekend for my best friend’s bachelorette! We could not stop talking about how we all would be coming back and staying there again in the future. There is not one bad thing we could say, the location was perfect. We found ourselves staying at the Airbnb more than going out! It had everything we needed. Perfect getaway from work and other life obligations.
