We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

Let me first say, if you have kids, this is your place! I always have a hard time finding the perfect place for my kids and this is definitely the spot! A FULL toy/play room, basketball court outside, soccer goals, outdoor play place - what more could you want???? Very peaceful, yet still close (driving) to great restaurants. I highly recommend, especially if you have a family!

Andy a été d’une parfaite disponibilité pendant notre séjour. De l’organisation à notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ. Le lieu est situé au calme à 30 minutes du centre d’Athènes et à l’écart de la circulation automobile. La vue qui surplombe la métropole grecque et au loin la mer est inégalable. Amazing Stay at Gina's Villa in Alimos! 🌟 We had such a fantastic time at Gina's villa! First of all, Gina was incredibly kind and welcoming from start to finish. The villa itself was not only beautiful but also exceptionally well-equipped. Every appliance and household item you could need was there, which made our stay so comfortable and stress-free. ☀️ Gina also recommended a taxi driver (a friend of hers), and he was super nice! Having a reliable and friendly driver made getting around so much easier and more enjoyable. Check-out was equally perfect. Gina went out of her way to make sure everything was smooth and that we had everything we needed. We felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you, Gina, for making our trip to Alimos truly unforgettable! 😊

Marianthi was an amazing host! Extremely helpful and responsive. The property is perfect for a relaxing stay and it looks amazing in real life in a way that can’t be seen through photos. We would definitely choose to stay there again and highly recommend it to everyone that is looking for a stay in the area!!

The Villa was lovely, host lives in half the villa (as stated in listing info) but this did not impact on privacy and he was very discrete and only came around when we asked with help to find gym area. Well equipped kitchen and our only ask was for some more wine glasses and these were provided very quickly for a meal we had planed. the outdoor kitchen bar area is great and the sound system a great addition. Pool was amazing, large, clean easy to access and a great space we all enjoyed. Sub beds all quality and good towels for outdoor provided. Quiet residential area so car helpful although beach walkable. Attiac and basement bedroo. areas more basic than those on the first floor but adequate, Bed quality great as was linen. Would recommend for large group of friends/family

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. The place was for us, a small family with kids à paradise. We were amazed by the beautiful architecture, features and pool. Panos was extremely helpful with lots of local recommendations and nothing was too much to ask for. We will be back !!

Die Kommunikation mit Aggelos und dem Team war top. Sehr freundlich und schnell im antworten. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft, von der schönen Aussicht bis hin zur Ausstattung und dem Pool. Haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Melandrina daher sehr genoßen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

My family and I would like to give a huge thank you and appreciation for the wonderful stay we just enjoyed. Our host Ayapi was the best, extremely, helpful, efficient, and the sweetest host we have ever had on AirBnB. She was absolutely amazing, everything a host should be.She gave recommendations, answered questions, and was so quick to respond. She set the gold standard for a host. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, and looks exactly like ( or even better), in person. The views of the ocean, pool and the Greek countryside are astonishing. The pool is a huge feature- it’s huge and extremely inviting with a patio type setting. The floors have wonderful spaces and are beautifully designed. We admired the pretty furniture. There were so many areas we could get together, yet there was plenty of space for everyone to “do their own thing.” We all felt very at home and relaxed here. I highly recommend Ayapi’s gorgeous villa. We would definitely stay here again, and really hope to do so.

Η διαμονή μας στη βιλα ηταν εξαιρετική και ξεπέρασε καθε προσδοκία! Η επικοινωνια με την Κάσση και τον Βασίλη ήταν άψογη, και μας έκαναν να νιωσουμε αμέσως σαν στο σπίτι μας. Η βιλα ηταν πεντακαθαρη και πληρως εξοπλισμενη. Η κουζινα ειχε τα πάντα, και οι εξωτερικοι χωροι ηταν υπέροχοι, με καθαρη πισινα, κήπο και μπάρμπεκιου. Η Κάσση μας εξήγησε αναλυτικα πώς να χρησιμοποιούμε τους χωρους και μας βοηθησαν και με παρκοκρεβατο για το μωρο μας. Οι κρεβατοκαμαρες ηταν ανετες, καθεμια με μπάνιο, ενώ υπηρχε και χώρος ψυχαγωγίας στο υπόγειο με ρετρό παιχνιδομηχανή που μας ταξίδεψε πίσω στα παιδικά μας χρόνια! Αν και η περιοχή έχει κάποια άχτιστα οικοπεδα τριγυρω, είναι ήσυχη και νιώσαμε ασφαλεις πλήρως καθόλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Ψάξαμε πολύ για να βρούμε ενα μερος σαν κι αυτο και ειμαστε απολυτα χαρουμενοι με την επιλογη μας! Συνολικά, περάσαμε φανταστικα και σιγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε στο μελλον. Ευχαριστούμε πολυ την Κάσση και τον Βασιλη για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία τους

Υπέροχος, αρχοντικός χώρος.. πολύ καθαρός…. Με παραπάνω υπηρεσίες και απ ότι γράφει το Air bnb. Φοβερή θέα από διάφορα μέρη του οικήματος… ότι πρέπει για χαλάρωση με φίλους ή σχέση

Υπέροχη βίλα και εκπληκτική τοποθεσία! Όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα και στη θέση τους! Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι εξαιρετικός! Πάντα διαθέσιμος, απαντούσε άμεσα, φιλικός και ευγενής. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία! Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε και θα συστήσουμε το μέρος!

Lovely residence. The top floor had separate entrance and was very private. Rooms very spacious and outdoor areas were wonderful. Konstantinos was a terrific host and very generous with his time. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens provided. Aegina is a lovely island. We only stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have been there longer!

Wow! All I can say is that this location is absolutely breathtaking. The Kamariyo Residence was just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. The views were incredible! The home itself was furnished beautifully and was spotless, but also very warm, comfortable and inviting. Our main contact during our visit was Ioanneta, who was wonderful to work with and so very helpful. While the weather was still a bit too cool for swimming during our stay, I can say first hand that the pool is lovely and we enjoyed lounging around it during the sunny afternoons. The landscaping in the garden shows true love and care for the property. All that I can say is I hope to come again and I highly recommend this incredible location to others! Thank you again, Ioanneta, for taking such good care of us on our visit. We appreciate you!

The dreamhouse was perfect for our 3 families. It provided separate accommodations and gave each family their privacy. The rooms were exactly as described and having the flexibility to park inside the gate or on the street was great!

Idealne miejsce , piękne widoki , cisza , spokój , ogólnie miejsce bardzo urokliwe . Jedyna wadą(nie dla każdego ) że na jednym z pięter tarasu nie było szyb tylko barierki przez które młodsze dzieci mogą wypaść więc trzeba pilnować ale po za tym żadnych zastrzeżeń . Było pięknie ;)

We all had a wonderful stay at the villa. The scenery is stunning and we enjoyed the pool area with the incredible views. Aegina town is lovely; lots of restaurants and local craft shops. Our visit to Moni island was fantastic too. The water is crystal clear. Beautiful. Nikos and his family are great hosts and we would love to return to the villa again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nassos house, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish.
