Beautiful location on the beach. Very private and peaceful. The tide pools below had a lot of life. Some of the best snorkeling from the shore just down the road at the public beach that we have ever seen. Lots of corals, reef life, etc. Comfortable house. Husband and kids were able to work/do school on the wifi.

Coralie was great. Proactive communication. Flexible on check-in and -out. Helped right away with a minor problem Place was great. Cottage vibe, nicely decorated, comfortable Mattresses were great/comfy Kitchen (very important for me cuz we cook) was stocked with basics - right spices, good amount of condiments in the fridge, pots, pans, etc. We would stay again.

A wonderful place to stay if you like privacy, which we did. Watching the beautiful sunsets over the sea each night from the deck was spectacular. Because the location is near the east end of the island and therefore quite a distance to grocery stores and restaurants toward the west end, renting a car is a necessity. The snorkeling place closest to Tonya's (called the Panama Canal) was the best place of the four places we snorkeled for the health of hard and soft corals. The place had all the amenities we desired including separate AC units in the main space and the lower bedroom. We think this was the most satisfying Airbnb place we've ever stayed in.

We visit the Brac 2 to 3 times a year and have a few houses we typically rent, but I noticed this was new to the rental market. In comparison to all the other houses we’ve stayed in this house is much more modern. One of the things I absolutely loved about it also was the screened in back porch with the swing. We are used to having l hammocks, but never a swing, and it was so relaxing! This house is also an excellent location as far as convenience to the airport, grocery store, several restaurants, and the dive shop, Brac Scuba shack. Julia was super helpful on check-in day about a couple of questions I had and also very responsive later in the week when I reached out to her again. The house is just past another house up on stilts called turtle run. The directions you click on for Airbnb did not take us to the house, it took us past the house. However, that is not an issue with Julia or the house rental at all. Lovely stay and we will definitely rent again in the future!

This house is amazing, even better than the pictures! The house has a nice layout and gives some privacy between the bedrooms. We loved the attached bathrooms in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, it was perfect for our family of 4 plus grandparents. The kids enjoyed the pool in the morning, and we all used it in the afternoon when we'd return home. There were lots of floaties at the house, also appreciated the snorkeling gear they had to take to the beaches. Outdoor space was wonderful, plenty of chairs, a bar area, sink and a fridge. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware, also had lots of spices and coffee/tea selections. The house is in a secluded neighborhood but has lots of things in a walkable distance. The grocery store is about a 5 minute walk. Other things in a walkable distance - 2 liquor stores, Wendy's, Subway, restaurants and a pharmacy. We had a van for the week which allowed us more freedom to explore the island. Would definitely recommend this place!

Don’t hesitate to book here! Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Exactly as pictured. Sandy thought of EVERYTHING. Kitchen was loaded with snacks and drinks, plenty of towels, beach chairs, cooler, etc. Cemetery beach is walkable, but I highly recommend the short drive to Governors beach. Much bigger, nicer, ample parking adjacent to beach. I would definitely stay here again!!

I can’t say enough about Tedrick’s place! It was spotless, comfy, modern and the view from the deck was spectacular! Tedrick was an excellent host. His responses were quick and informative. The location was perfect- right in the heart of everything! The airport, grocery stores, great restaurants, outdoor malls and the incredible Seven Mile Beach are all within 10-15 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and being right by the pool is a plus if you just want to take a break from the beach. During your stay, make sure to check out the magazines on the living room table. They give good ideas of where to go and what to do. There’s also a great cover story showcasing Tedrick’s inspiring journey in creating his perfume company. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to this beautiful island.

Our family of 5 (2 parents, 3 kids) had a great stay at Sarah’s! The home is very private, it is nice and quiet (with the exception of the friendly roosters that hang out around the neighborhood, haha). When we arrived, everything was very clean, which I was very impressed with because after our stay of only two days, we had tracked some sand inside despite our best efforts to keep it outdoors. All three bedrooms were comfortable, and it was really nice that the kitchen was stocked with little extras like salt and pepper, cooking oil, sugar for my coffee, etc. our kids enjoyed the pool as well as the beach. Another reviewer had noted that there is some glass on the beach and to wear shoes, a note that I found helpful to know in advance. While on the east end we ate at Tukka and my son did the frigate feeding which he loved, we saw the blow holes, went to Queen Elizabeth botanic Park, went snorkeling with Ocean Frontiers, and got takeout from Eastern Star Fish fry.

It’s exactly as pictured! Quaint, small and private facility located right on the ocean with a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. It’s serene and somewhere I’d stay again.

This is the best B&B I have ever stayed in. The condo is beautiful!! Erin left so many nice touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It is a peaceful, quiet location but only a 15 minute drive from 7 mile beach. I stayed with my 3 kids and my mom and dad with plenty of space. Absolutely amazing. We will be back.

Right on the water with a pool in your backyard! What else could you ask for in a paradise like Cayman Brac!

My family had a great stay! The condo was very spacious and clean. It had a beautiful water front view from the master bedroom and living room. We made good use of the kitchen amenities. The complex was quiet and we hardly saw or heard any neighbors. It is also located next to a lovely restaurant and close to a full grocery store. We drove to several different beach spots during our visit (all less than 15 minutes away). There were a lot of amazing beach options and we didn't have any issues with public parking. Brian was a very responsive host and quickly replied to questions about local recommendations and was flexible about check-out time. I highly recommend his property.

Lovely, posh resort. Beautiful grounds and very attentive staff. The road in to the resort is a few kms long and after a strong rain, it gets partially submerged. Still drivable though.

Everything was perfect….the place itself was pristine and beautiful, local bar, restaurants, and grocery in same complex, beach was the best we saw on the whole island!

Great property right on the beach! The place was super clean, very spacious (even with 5 of us), and had a full kitchen and laundry. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and the beach is super quiet. Only thing to note is to watch out for some fresh glass throughout the sand, so just be careful and bring flip flops. Parking is extremely convenient (free and assigned only steps away from the door). Host is also extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend this for a family or a couple who's looking for a quiet and peaceful place to enjoy the island.

Beautiful place in a great location! Couldn’t have asked for a more convenient spot. The place itself was very clean and had everything you need. Beach chairs were a HUGE plus for us! Appreciated that each floor was gated in. The surrounding restaurants were great and location was an easy 10-20 minute walk to multiple other great restaurants. The public beach access right across the street was great and that section of the beach is so so beautiful and felt extremely private! Not busy at all. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone! Selina was also very responsive and friendly!

Very cute and clean apartment in a great location. Quick drive to cemetery beach for snorkeling. Host was very helpful and kind. My kids loved the roosters and chickens on the property.

We just returned from a six night stay at the Grove. The condo was immaculate & well appointed. The location was perfect, right across the street from a beautiful beach. We had beach chairs, an umbrella, towels & a cooler bag for the beach. When we needed a second umbrella we were given one immediately. We can’t wait to return next year.

This was great! The view of the sunrise and sunsets was amazing. It was clean, had everything we needed to relax and for the kids to play. Great proximity to supermarket, shops, restaurants and fitness center!

This was a great place to stay in Grand Cayman. There are great restaurants in the area and a convenient shop in The Grove complex. The beach is just across the street and is a great stretch of seven mile beach. The rental had all of the things we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchenette was outfitted well with the basics.
