This stay was absolutely beautiful. You can tell how much love and passion was put into crafting this place, as it shows in every single detail. The house is brand new, which is great because everything is spotless. I felt like I was staying in a designer boutique Hilton property. Not to mention the sunset views… omg. The owner/host is SO responsive and truly cares about you having a great stay. Her knowledge and connections on the island made our trip. Not only that, but the price is a STEAL for what you’re getting. Overall, this is a MUST stay if you’re in Caye Caulker. I will absolutely be back. Thank you, Angie, for the amazing hospitality and gorgeous stay.

Frequent to Caye Caulker but 1st time w/ accommodations on North side. Island Pearl did not disappoint-beautiful offering privacy and seclusion. Solo traveler, felt very comfortable on premises w/ security provided. Wonderful view and sound of Sea while sitting at small table and chairs outside door entry or at end of the dock w/ book in hand. Home is well built w/ high quality amenities and furnishings along w/ comfortable bed. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped for cooking and a grocer near The Split. Plenty of bicycles provided on property for use if needed. Very convenient having ferry crossing The Split / pontoon to drop off guests at the Resort’s dock for USD5- particularly during evening hours after sundown. Host Vacasa is Excellent! Timely communications, stellar in being proactive and thorough ensuring smooth check-in process. Many thanks to concierge Gineli! Had late request for taxi upon checkout where she quickly addressed and kept me informed of driver status. Will be back!

the place was ok if your not picky. the bedt thing ever is percy and his beautiful wife who take care of the place, they are both fantastic and very help full, they do everythingand above to make your holiday a fantasticexperience

Serene resort, very chill, clean and peaceful. If you like to be a bit removed from the action of the local village, this is a great spot. They have an excellent boat shuttle service that you can take to the village, super easy. If you want to walk to bars and restaurants, this is not the spot for you. On-site restaurant is Adequate and the local pizza Joint nearby is good.

We stayed at Terri’s place for 9 days in April. It is a lovely condo with beautiful ocean views, a well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture and beds. We went snorkeling twice, went on a Mayan ruin trip and explored Caye Caulker. We would say our trip was nearly perfect except for one thing. The Stinky sargassum seaweed. On our 2nd day the vile stuff floated in and covered the beach rotting in the sun and the water all the way out to the resorts barrier. We felt sorry for the workers tasked to clean it up because the smell is so intense. The island motto is “go slow” and that is how the clean up went. The resort needs to invest in a more effective way to clean up the sargassum before we would return.

Highly recommended and would stay again in a heartbeat! The photos don’t do it justice. Having the bikes were awesome, bike path out front leads into central area, lots of restaurants. The sunrises are amazing right out front, take your coffee to the private viewing deck on the water. She provides the basics for a few days, we brought our own coffee. She provides unlimited drinking water. The pool was nice and cool, up to 7’ deep w/ a mini waterfall. Super clean and so relaxing/ quiet. Susan is a lovely host and very responsive, she made great recommendations for restaurants. We didn’t cook, but she has all the essentials required, including a gas stove. Enjoy your stay at this lovely property

Abel's place was amazing, my wife and I loved it. He took the time to help set us up with some local tours and restaurants through Belizians and all of his recommendations were great. I would stay here again and recommend anyone who wants to be a little off the beaten path to stay here too. The bikes he provided us made it so easy to get everywhere and the pool was a nice touch to hop in after a bike ride. We also had a fishing boat pick us up right at the dock in front of the property, you can't get any closer or easier than that!

I needed a minute once we returned to be able to provide a thorough review. Prior to arrival, Jays communication was excellent. He coordinated a driver from the airport to our hotel for the night in Belize City and then another ride the following morning to get us to the water taxi that took us to Caye Caulker. Seamless. We arrived and were greeted with a free welcome drink & personal tour of our home for the week. It was BEAUTIFUL! Clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. Right on the beach and right next to a pool and bar/restaurant! It was probably one of our favorite hang outs the whole week. The peacefulness couldn’t be beat!! We rented golf carts when we wanted to cross the split to the other side of the island which had more going on (loud music, restaurants, shops). Overall, loved Jays place. Loved Caye Caulker and can’t wait to go back!! PS. Take a walk or ride down to Bliss Beach!! Only 1 mile from the bnb!

We loved our stay at Chefy's place! It was a perfect, central location to house us all and be able to explore all of Ambergris Caye.

I cannot recommend Tina's home highly enough. From booking to checkout, the process was easy and seamless. The home is gorgeous and has everything you need and more. The view cannot be beat. The pool was refreshing after a day out snorkeling or into town or to Caye Caulker. Eva, the house manager, virtually acts as a personal concierge - seeing to everything you could possibly need at the house, tons of contacts for snorkeling, fishing, massages (at the dock) and restaurants. She met us as we docked and was available throughout our stay to ensure a wonderful visit to Belize. As noted in the description, the house is a 25-minute golf cart ride on, at times, an unpaved dirt road. It can be bumpy but overall it's definitely worth it. The beds were comfy, the A/C was a dream, and we cooked a few meals there and found everything we needed. We hated to leave but are grateful for the hospitality and beautiful place to visit. If you're considering a San Pedro visit, this is the place!

Gary’s property manager was so helpful! He arranged to get us from the water taxi and brought us our lovely golf cart and everything else we needed during our stay.

We had a problem with our sliding door locking. M&B went above and beyond to fix the situation- offered to move us- they were able to come out the next morning and fix the door!

Nina (and her family) were incredibly helpful and communicative. They arranged our transportation, took care of small things as needed, helped us book an awesome boat / snorkeling trip when we had a last-minute issue with our existing booking, etc. The house was spacious and perfect for our needs, and nicely located. We had a great time in Caye Caulker!

Marilyn and Salony took care of our party of 7 women and were amazing! Anything that we wanted or needed was taken care of. Marilyn booked a private snorkel trip to Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Alley and we were picked up on our own dock. Marilyn kept in touch with me for the year that we had booked in advance. She was there for us at the airport on arrival and took the Coconut Cafe Ferry with us to the house to get us settled in. She also made sure we got back to the airport with our luggage upon return. We had rented a golf cart, although its not 100% necessary since the Ferry comes directly to San Pedro and much is walkable. She can arrange cabs or give you the phone number of a trusted driver. Coconut Cafe is walkable to the Villa, but be sure not to miss Akasha, which is at Anuna Resort on the same island. If you reserve, they will pick you up by boat and bring you back at no charge. The Villa had everything we needed and we enjoyed having a private pool. Would Recommend!

Beautiful stay with an amazing neighborhood vibe. Plenty of places to walk to for food and drinks. The Poolclub was one of our favorite spots

This house and the pool and the dock area are all wonderful. Very peaceful and was exactly what I was hoping it would be. My husband and I had the upstairs suite and my son and his girlfriend had the downstairs suite. There was plenty of space. The golf cart was a great add on. We toured into town and beyond a lot. The only negative was that it had rained a lot while we were there and it made the road very hard to drive. The 3 miles down the gravel to the pavement took us up to twenty minutes to drive. I seen on line that they fixed it the day after we left. Of course. We sat on the dock and watched the fish and stingrays. Pretty cool. We kayaked and fished as well. Everything we needed was there. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting a beautiful home with an amazing view.

We had a wonderful stay ~ would recommend ~ great location secluded enough to be out of crowded area yet close enough to get to many restaurants for dinner or excursions. Nice pool area and great open air bar and restaurant at the complex.

Lori's condo is beautiful. Perfectly situated immediately out of town, you experience the quietness and serenity of resort while also being conveniently located a few minutes away from the action. The photos look exactly as is and the place was exceptionally clean. We used housekeeping during our short stay and enjoyed their service. Overall, it was a wonderful time.

Everything was amazing a 10/10 ! I would definitely recommend! She helped make sure everything was in place from when I step foot on Belize until our last day ! Made it so easy for a first timer

The entire staff were some of the most helpful and all around happiest people on the island. The grounds were well kept and view each morning was amazing. This place is the perfect distance from being able to get into town and to skip over to Secret Beach! Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back!

Just what we were looking for: a lovely place right on the beach and in the middle of the San Pedro action. We loved sitting on the patio just relaxing and people watching: beach walkers, swimmers, restaurant patrons, people on snorkel and dive excursions. A minute away from the Caribbean Sprinter. We got to know the town well; we could easily walk to get provisions/groveries, and try a number of restaurants. Sargassum is a problem; the town spent a lot of time raking it up and removing it. We were still able to swim, and it's fun to do the inner tubes at Palapa Bar. Our place was very clean and cooking facilities were adequate. We thoroughly enjoyed being immersed in Belizean culture and beach life, and were sad to leave.

Our family of five spent three nights at Emily's place and it was fantastic! Plenty of space, dishes and towels. It was very clean and the view of the ocean, pool and dock were so beautiful. We were met by the manager who made drinks for us and showed us around the place. It is a fun golf cart ride into town which takes about 20-25 minutes and there is so much to see along the way. Emily recommended great restaurants and grocery stores as well as people to take us on snorkeling and fishing tours. I cannot say enough good things about Emily's place. We will stay there again the next time we go to San Pedro for sure!

This condo was beautiful & had everything we needed. The beach was peaceful and private. The condo is about 20 minutes out of town by golf cart, so it was really nice having our own cart rental for our stay. There are some really nice restaurants nearby and Belize Pro Dive Shop will pick up on the nearest dock, which was really nice. Some other companies would not go that far south for pickup. We are from a mountain state and left some cookies out which attracted some sugar ants in the kitchen, so keep food in closed containers/bags or in the fridge. This area has more permanent residents, so it is very peaceful. If you want more of a night life scene (which we didn't) or don't want to rent a golf cart, I'd suggest staying closer to the center of town. There is a bar (Stax) right across the street. It was nice having a food option right there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed this spot!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location and view. Walkable to great restaurants and bars. Water shuttle and water excursions were all close by. We rented a golf cart but only used it twice to get to secret beach (which there is a paid boat shuttle available) . Next door to a great restaurant especially breakfast. Would highly recommend!
