We are spoilt for choice with 4 great cafes and 1 pub serving amazing food and coffee within walking distance. The popular Speers Point Park is right at our doorstep, with room for the kids to run also hosting regular markets as well as food and sporting events. 25-30 minutes to the heart of Newcastle 15-20 minutes to beaches 15 minutes to 2 large shopping centres

Relax in the many large spaces this open plan home enjoys or unwind with a drink n BBQ watching the sunset over the lake. Perhaps take a 5 min walk to the cosmopolitan cafes/restaurants and lakeside pleasures. Or bike riding some of the 20km of cycling track around the lake edges or even some dedicated mountain bike trails nearby. We have two mountain bikes available!

The property has a garage and plenty of room to park your boat. Pets are catered for with a large fully fenced grassed backyard. Please note I do charge $10 per pet per night refer to house rules.
