Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. Fair Haven is a wonderful village on Little Sodus Bay/ Lake Ontario in New York State. Peek-a-View Cottage is a wonderful gem with its screened porch as the go to spot to kick back and relax. At the end of a fun filled day sit around the fire pit and roast marshmellows. The cottage is conveniently located near excellent local restaurants, a cidery, and an amazing winery that all showcase local and national musicians. Water activities abound. Many wonderful hiking opportunities are nearby.

Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.
