The property is 24 acres, sitting on the edge of Big South Fork National Park. The front yard is big enough for games. When you are through for the day and after enjoying the enclosed hot tub/pool inside, go outside and enjoy the fire pit area. Horses welcome, small pasture area, no barn. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

We live about 5 minutes away, so we can be a great resource for any questions you might have, but we will respect your privacy as well!

The Dorothy House - Williamsburg, KY

The Dorothy house is in a great location. It is only 1.6 miles from Williamsburg Waterpark and The Mint, and about 2 miles from the University of the Cumberlands, Walmart, and downtown Williamsburg. It offers a country setting, but it is within driving distance of area attractions, such as Cumberland Falls State Park and Big South Fork. It offers the best of both worlds. It is great place just to relax; sit on the porch or deck and watch for wildlife or read a book.

The home backs the Appalachia Trail Mountain Range. There is county authorized, public road access for ATVs (All Terrain Vehicles) to the Wind Rock ATV Park and the City of Rocky Top, TN. (windrockpark.com) The home is close to the interstate. Norris Dam, Norris Lake access and Norris Dam State park are less than a 10 minute drive. Many other local attractions. This is a nice, private getaway.

There are two outdoor areas with seating and smoking is allowed outside. The RV or Boat parking is a bonus. There is also a large, padlocked storage shed for bikes and gear.
