We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotless. The absolute winner was the entertainment area upstairs, which we used twice for barbecues with friends. I did have some queries and our hostess answered within 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

⸻ We had a wonderful stay at this rental in Old Town Lagos. The location is unbeatable—just steps from charming cafes, restaurants, bars, and the marina, yet tucked away enough from crowds on a busy night. The view from the property was nice, offering a peek of the ocean and a great view of the church. As should be expected from the location, there is some nighttime noise, but the noise app on my phone was more than enough to block any of it out. They have good windows and black out shutters which helps. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Lagos

We had the most amazing month-long stay at this peaceful gem. The location is incredibly serene, perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind, yet everything is easily accessible by car. Lagos is just a 13-minute drive away, which made exploring the area so convenient. And Luz.. It’s the coziest and most beautiful little town we’ve visited in Portugal. The home itself was perfect and had everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Our house was cleaned every week, which was such a nice touch, and there was plenty of storage space throughout, so we always felt organized and comfortable. The beds are huge and pretty comfy, making it easy to rest after a day of exploring. Wifi was good, so a big plus for remote workers like us. One of the highlights was the outdoor space and swimming poool. The terrace is fantastic for lounging, and we used the grill several times for BBQs. Peaceful atmosphere, combined with friendly dog

It’s hard to say just a few words. we love the apartment so much we could see ourselves living in it. wonderfully laid out, wonderfuly decorated, artistic. Two small terraces are a wonderful addition. And for a chilly January they found wonderful ways to help us warm up the apartment. Also, it’s a great location for exploring all of Lagos from the old town to the beaches and the Cliffs overlooking them.

Excellent and beautiful accommodation Host was very responsive and friendly Small problems with door handles and locks on bathrooms which needs to be replaced but this did not take away from how happy we were with the apartment

Carmelita was the most wonderful and welcoming host during our stay. She made sure that we felt right at home in the cosy apartment. We could not recommend her more and hope to be back again! She gave us so many helpful recommendations and took the time to explain everything about the apartment on arrival. Her art is beautiful and adds charm to the place. A really special stay in a traditional historic home with a central location that we will not forget.

We had an amazing stay at the sunshine house !! It has everything necessary and is situated within walking distance from the center of Sagres, the beach, the harbour, everything! Liz and Virgilio are really nice people, always ready to help or give recommendations. We felt really relaxed and enjoyed a lot the region. We definitely recommend and would love to come back :)

Our stay was wonderful. André was incredibly communicative, giving clear instructions and send a wonderful guidebook for the area. The place is larger than it looks in the photos, is in a nice part of town with a supermarket 5 mins away, and the train station a 20 minute walk away to get to Lagos. A great stay, would definitely return.

Sehr nette Unterkunft, betreut von zwei sehr lieben Gastgebern. Man hat alles was man braucht und darüber hinaus. Allerdings war der Fußboden etwas schmutzig (man sollte sich immer Hausschuhe anziehen). Ansonsten war die Unterkunft sehr sauber gehalten.

Loved my stay in this spacious, clean, welcoming condo! Tanja and the building staff were very helpful, the kitchen was one of the best-equipped of anywhere I've stayed, the apartment included thoughtful items like umbrellas and guidebooks, and the location was great. The bed was comfy and the wifi was fast - couldn't ask for a better base to work remotely & explore the Algarve!

Me and my sister had a wonderful time at Miguel's place. The flat is very spacious, clean and has everything you need. The view is absolutely incredible and we loved the peaceful atmosphere :). Miguel was super helpful and always available. Looking forward to coming back!

Le logement est à proximité de la plage et offre plusieurs commodités qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour (terrasse, corde à linge, cuisine fonctionnelle, grand lit, etc). Pia a pris le temps de nous accueillir et a facilité notre arrivée. Ferragudo est une ville charmante et paisible. Les restaurants dans le centre sont excellents. Vous serez agréablement conquis en séjournant chez Pia, dans ce petit coin de paradis. Nous y retournerions c’est certain !

Die Wohnung war groß und geräumig, gut eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten von den großen Balkonen und dem Küchenfenster einen wunderbaren Meerblick. Der Strand war ganz in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Appartement haben wir sofort nach der Beschreibung gefunden, nur der Weg zur Schlüsselbox, die sich ungefähr 200m entfernt befand, hätte noch besser beschrieben sein können. Vielleicht lag es aber auch an unserem Übersetzungsprogramm. Die Hauptstraße vor der Tür wird in der Nacht gerne von Motorradfahrern genutzt, die man dann auch hört. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Wohnung, mit viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen.

El alojamiento de Marta era tal y como aparecía en las fotos, con todas las comodidades que se anuncian, muy limpio y bien conectado con playa restaurantes y supermercados. Además Marta siempre atenta, nos contestaba en cuestión de minutos. Sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a Burgau! La estancia ha sido inmejorable 🤍

Emplacement au top.👌 Possibilité de laisser la voiture et de faire beaucoup de choses à pied. La rando le long de la côte pour arriver au joli petit village de pêcheurs Burgau est une belle récompense ♥️ (resto Beach au top). Vue à couper le souffle sur la mer et la jolie petite ville de l’appartement avec accès privé par ascenseur 😁 ! Les restos sont très bons aussi avec l’embarras du choix !! Par contre le logement serait plus que 5* si un rafraîchissement était fait (jacuzzi en bout de course, pergola demandant une rénovation ainsi que les stores, etc). Ein richtig tolles Apartment! Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber. Ein Highlight ist der eigene Garten mit Pool. Das gesamte Resort ist ruhig gelegen und bietet auch einen großen Pool, Innenpool, Jacuzzi, Sauna und Fitnessraum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Apartment wärmstens empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit CoolHouses war sehr freundlich und schnell. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, es war super!

Wirklich eine super Unterkunft mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung und guten Lage an der Algarve. Jan-Taken war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns auch super unterstützt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Anlage in der sich die Wohnung befindet ist auch sehr gepflegt und Anfang Mai war auch nicht so viel los, sodass es echt ruhig und nicht voll war. Die Wohnung bietet eigene Tischtennisschläger und einen eigenen Zugang zum Gym, was wir auch super fanden.

A modern space with lots of windows and doors. Very secure. Quiet, even though close to abundant night life. Good views, and overall really comfortable and spacious.

Een zeer comfortabel, modern appartement. Komt zeker in onze top 3 te staan. Centrum en strand is op loopafstand. Een heerlijk 2 persoonsbed en voldoende schone handdoeken. Echt een topper. Ook fijn dat er verschillende grote supermarkten in de buurt zijn.

The apartment was beautiful and very homely. Stanislava was there to meet me and show me around, there was a complimentary bottle of wine, water and basket of snacks waiting. Could not fault anything at all. Even beach towels were provided. The apartment is very well located for all the amenities, bars restaurants and supermarkets on your doorstep. Bus station is a five minute walk so you can jump on a bus and go to any resort. Train station 15 min walk. Had a really chilled and relaxing holiday.
