Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Excellent housing and internet. Not only that, but the kitchen was lovely. The only issue is that it is very difficult to get an uber, and there is not many activities outside of the house. The neighbors were lovely and offered a kayak trip.

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

This was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed! Small space but very reasonably priced. There is no common area (like dining or living room), only a full size bathroom and the bedroom across from it. Coffeemaker was there and mini fridge right next to the bed.. We did not mind at all! Wonderful spot to get away to the woods without being too far from town.

We needed a last minute place to stay & this place was amazing! I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnb’s & this was by far the cleanest/nicest. Check in was very easy. It was spotless, stocked with everything you need, plenty of toilet paper, towels, detergent, toiletries, extra blankets. There was beach towels, a cooler & a nice backpack to use. They even had a couple snacks and water bottles for us. The view is amazing, so peaceful & quiet. Even the linen smelled amazing lol. Tiki hut was so cute & the game room. The hosts answered very quickly to one of my requests & were very accommodating. Definitely found my new spot when visiting family. Highly recommend!

Instructions to the property were so easy to follow. The location is really good and the backyard on the lake was wonderful and relaxing. The private screened in porch was sooo good! It had a coffee maker and toaster to use with all the extras to use it. The bathroom was modern and super clean. The bedroom! The bed and pillows was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I slept like a rock. No noise, peaceful and I felt safe. I would highly recommend a stay here and would for sure stay here again!

Mikes place was phenomenal. They went the extra mile to accommodate my stay! The place was beautiful and amazing and I highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Everything from the beach, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The private balcony was a perfect place to relax if you need a break from the beach. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Love love love this place! Had 11 of us with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Beautiful place and close to everything. Enjoyed the pool and pier. Caught tons of fish right off the dock. Meat market close by with great steaks. Wonderful outdoor kitchen. Hope we can go back next year. Grand daughters cried when we left because they had so much fun!

Had an amazing week visiting with extended family. The house was huge so there was plenty of space. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating area was incredible we could just stay there all day. Lot of extra amenities in case you forget something. All baths had soap and shampoo available. There was a cooler and two beach chairs as well as many beach towels available for use. Just as pretty as it looks in the pictures!

Beautiful and clean house with everything you need to feel like home. Shawn was always available if we had any questions and responded very quickly. We would definitely stay here again! :-)

Lisa's Cape Coral home is beautiful and offers all of the needed amenities. The layout of the house is perfect for multiple couples or families or travelling in a large group as it is very spacious. I love the outdoor space featuring the large pool under the screened in lanai. Another nice feature is the deck along the canal that offers a nice view of the water. Lisa has thought of every possible detail so that her guests can focus on having fun and relaxing. In the event that you do need to reach out to Lisa, she is timely in her responses and attentive to your needs. I enjoyed the morning visits from our beautiful friend - a black duck with red hair that looks like a combination of a duck and rooster. There is no better host than Lisa. I was sad to leave and look forward to the time we can return to our home away from home.

This house was everything that we could have asked for. Unfortunately, we came when the weather was in the 50s but the heated pool and spa definitely made our time worth it. I was continuously impressed with the things this house offered. As a mom of 3, I’m already overwhelmed with the things I need to pack for my family. This house had it all. It included: beach toys, pool noodles, mini paddle boards, a pack and play (I believe, I didn’t look too closely), a beach bag, bikes, a high chair, umbrella, etc., everything you need to stay here! In addition to the wide variety of items, the hosts were very responsive. The only thing I did not enjoy was the firmness of the king bed but I also know that’s something you can’t win with everyone. I also would have appreciated a carbon monoxide detector but we ended up bringing our own. I would still choose to stay here aside from that :) My kids loved the “pool house.” We hope to be back again!

Susan's home is outstanding both outside and inside! Inside was very clean, spacious and comfortable for our party of 6 adults, 1 teenager and a baby. The kitchen is beautiful, spacious and well stocked for all of our needs. Very comfortable beds, sheets and bathroom towels. Susan has impeccable taste and attention to detail in making her home very inviting for our family gathering. The outside is fabulous. The yard has many colorful flowers and very well maintained flower beds and palm trees in the front, side and backyard. The pool and hot tub are very clean and nice. Susan's backyard is very unique with a large dock, that extends into the river. Our family enjoyed evenings fishing off the dock which Susan has illuminated with many beautiful lights. There are many swinging and other chairs for our enjoyment. Susan promptly responded in person to any request and went out of her way to make our family's vacation memorable and special. Susan's home is a diamond in the rough!

Beautiful home, we were in Cape Coral for a softball tournament and this home made our weekend so smooth. The kids absolutely loved the pool, my husband and I loved the tranquility and views. Both nights we saw bunnies jumping around outside, the kids loved that. They had pool toys, the bathroom and kitchen were super clean. The linens were fresh and nice. Theresa was great, very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay again if we had to be back in town.

Where to begin…words cannot express how clean, beautiful, peaceful, and serene this home was. Pictures do not do it justice. The worst part was having to leave! I cannot wait to come back. Thank you Diacris for your beautiful home that allowed me to work remotely while enjoying the screened veranda and watching the fish jumping. I’ll be back!

This condo was exactly as described, and it is amazing! It sits right on the harbor, you can sit out on the screened porch and watch the boats come and go while listening to the live music next-door at the restaurant. We spent some time in the pool, which was extremely well maintained, and everybody in the complex is so friendly. We loved being able to just walk next-door and grab a bite to eat, don’t miss out on the Trading Posts’s specials for lunch! We hope to rent this place again soon.

Short walk to beach. Large pool. Clean condo and surroundings. Kitchen equipped with plenty of dishes etc. They also had beach towels, wagon, chairs for the beach since we flew here. Would stay here again!

The resort was absolutely gorgeous and everything I could have asked for and so much more. Mother Nature was not our friend however the staff helped with any of the uncontrollable situations handed to us ALL this past week. My mom and I loved it so much we looked into the real-estate listings. I can’t wait to come back when it’s not in the beginning of hurricane season and get a dry look around. With that being said, this resort has a fantastic beach for shelling and amazing views. Even the dolphins came to swim close to the shore. 10 out of 10, can’t wait to sea you again!!

We LOVED our stay. It was so peaceful and the view from the balcony was magical. The care/communication was top notch! Highly recommend!

The location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown Fort Myers, where everything happens. Next door to Pinchers. Beautiful water view. Conveniently located next to Publix supermarket and easy to get around. The only thing I would say is that it could use some de cluttering a bit. Aside from that no complaints and would love to have my parents come back for another 5 weeks next winter. Walking distance from where we live as well. Just the perfect location Thank yoj

This place is an absolute gem. The location is perfect if you are looking for something more quiet and low key. The beach and pool are steps away for your enjoyment. The entire building is meticulously taken care of and clean inside and out. The pool and beach area were constantly being checked on by staff to be sure everything was tidy and as it should be. The unit has everything you’ll need including very comfortable seating on the screened in porch for a break out of the sun or a morning coffee. AC was nice and cold after a long day out in the sun. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the unit was very clean and ready for our arrival. I especially appreciated the easy checkout instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is great!! Safe and comfortable with a fantastic location for fishing. It is right on the water and a minute walk from the dock to be picked up by your boat. Just amazing! For the price, you will not find a better spot in this area.

Staying at Juanita’s place was wonderful. Got to see the sunrise every morning and rode my bike to the beach everyday! I highly recommend staying in the condo as the neighbors were so lovely. In addition the pool was wonderful at the end of each day!
